Horrible hospital to bring your loved one. Stuff do not have any sympathy to the patients. People come to ER in emergency situation. But here it looks like they are having a lazy relax day or night

I left a stellar 5 star review on the automated phone call I received from Christiana regarding my sons care and specifically mentioned each person partaking in his care. Now I wish I had waited. Some "Karen" nurse had the audacity to try and write an R2L on me for using my Christiana badge to enter the ER. I WORK HERE. I WAS WEARING A CHRISTIANA ZIP UP. I WAS CARRYING A CHRISTIANA BADGE AFTER A 9 HOUR SHIFT ADMITTING PATIENTS IN THE MAIN ER. MY SON WAS STATUS EPILEPTIC FOR FIVE HOURS IN THE PEDES ER. IF YOUR PANTIES GOT SO TWISTED ABOUT ME ENTERING THE ER WITH MY BADGE, YOU COULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING TO ME! I swiped in and sat in that ER for 7 hours straight! I didn't go in and out as per your notes. However, when we had to get transferred to a higher tier of care, not a soul was in sight to badge the Nemours paramedics, my sedated son on a monitor and myself out of the two back doors. You were too busy writing your R2L while I let all of us out!!! Such losers.

my daughter was diagnosed with RSV , the first doctor and nurse were amazing to her needs I even had a nurse ask me to help her out with cleaning her nose so that she’d be in a more calm setting. My daughter of course had to stay over night and the PM doctor was simply horrifying didn’t listen to my comments about forcing her to get her nose cleaned after the respiratory mask choked her she just kept saying her breathing , her breathing but not initially listening to me which I find very disrespectful my daughter oxygen level wasn’t extremely low so I didnt tolerate this at all I saw the oxygen screen when they went to do her nose, it was only at 91, nor was my daughter having a asthma attack or struggling to breathe, The doctor simply acted disrespectful from the intake as well being high and dry and asking me questions repeatedly like I was unsure of my child’s history and then when I kept stating she was with her grandparents over the weekend she kept being silly. I work as a MA and have had asthma since I was 6 months old so I know every aspect of how these things work especially when you have a cold with it!!! I rather sit in A.I for hours then come here or keep the same AM doctor I had before the night shift !!

Great experience with my daughter today. Everyone was professional and efficient. The nurse, Laurel, and tech, Tatiana, were amazing with my daughter. They really helped brighten a not so fun situation for her. Highly recommend this facility!

I LOVE this place! The entire staff were all extremely nice and welcoming. They were very engaging with my children. They had us in and out in less than half an hour. Dr. Lamar was so kind and knowledgeable. He spend time on our visit and didn’t rush right through. He gave us all the information we needed and we left there feeling confident and more than satisfied with the entire process. There was no wait whatsoever, they called us right back as soon as we finished the one paper that only asks for one signature. Then we got right to the room and the dr was with us in less than 5 mins. Was the best urgent care visit ever.

My two month old had ear infection and had bleeding from her ear so we took her to Christiana care pediatric Emergency room. Doctor looked at her and told it’s ear infection but didn’t even clean her outside ear for blood and gave medication to our pharmacy. The pharmacist called me and told the medication is very high dosa almost double for a new born. Again had to contact ER doctor and my pediatrician to confirm the dosage. I regret taking her to this ER. Need to visit AI DuPont ER than Christinana care pediatric ER.
