He’s like doctors use to be, he cares. He’s in a perfect field, the heart is scary for people. He’s gentle and kind, explains everything in detail and gives you an opportunity to ask as many questions as you need to. If you need a cardiologist, look no further!

this is the worse I have ever had trying to make an appointment only 1 of the 4 # listed work I have called and left messages for 3 days trying to make an appointment as I heard he was a good Dr. I will assume they don;t need any more patients.

I had a great visit. Dr. Bowens has always been very thorough & kind and spends as much time as you need with him. I am so glad he got a new receptionist. She is very nice. I am glad the hateful one is gone. She was rude.

After his office took 36 hours and 4 calls to approve a prescription renewal I was out of and having symptoms from not taking, the office manager called me today to advise they can no longer see me as a patient because I suggested their action was "medically irresponsible"!

Very unprofessional Office , Arrogant . Dr Bowen while might be nice Person if he won't take time to talk you when needed , even during appointments you may never see him ( if you do see him His face is stuck in his Laptop ) . His office assistant accused me of missing a appointment ( been going there nearly 4 yrs ) Told Him I don't miss appointments . Said we always receive a confirmation phone call , to confirm appointment , told that they called and contacted us ? We Never received a call ! I ask what number did you call , THE NUMBER HE GAVE WAS WRONG ? Then he raised his voice and said that's what we put on paperwork ??? I guess the previous several yrs of calls we receive were by mistake .NOT ! No Apology , just continued to blame us for missing appointment . Which has lead to a whole host of other Problems NOW !The Professionalism has deteriorated over the last couple yrs , Had another experience about my Home Monitor for my Pacemaker devise , which went bad , at my devise check ( in Bowen's office ) was given a replacement . 6 months later at another appointment with Dr Bowen , was accused in front of everyone that they could get my devise data because I hadn't paid my devise bill !!! Real professional , Truth was they turn off the old devise and activated the new one . Dr Bowen was given the info on the New devise , which he forgot to enter into his DATA SYSTEM ( that realizes on so much ) so what he was trying to view was the deactivated devises data . Once I finally got it figured OUT FOR THEM , did they apologize for embarrassing / accusing me in front of the whole office area , No the lady reply , we got it now ! People are arrogant and unprofessional and their mistakes , are still your fault ??? Ridiculous . I decided to find a better / more Profession Dr office !

I find Dr. Christopher Bowens to be an exceptionally competent, highly professional, and extremely caring physician. He along with his primary care assistant, Ms Noreen Bowens, are very thorough and readily available to "go the extra mile" to serve their patients. I feel blessed to have them providing me healthcare services.

Receptionist not very polite . When calling office , never ever able to talk with anyone and don't expect a call back !

I have been going to Dr Bowen for 20 years. As long as he is in business, I will be with him. I am still here because of him, why would I change? No better. Don Fish

I would highly recommend Dr. Bowens. He is extremely competent and thorough. He answers all questions, offers clear explanations and is personable. His office is efficient and I have never had to wait for my appointments.
