The entire experience is terrible. Good luck explaining your issues and symptoms to Dr Cherian because she looks at you as if you're talking about some useless life event that means nothing to her and she'd rather be anywhere else. Everything I told her she answered " yea there isn't much to do with that it will probably be something to manage." Everhthing... no exam either by the way. She just stares blankly at you when you speak like she hates being there and then says she can't help you. No effort or care. Oh and the front office workers are a joy also.

Dr. Cherian is the first doctor who actually listens to me and is trying to do everything she can to help me and my IBS. Jody used to be the patient coordinator but not anymore, I would love to find her. Her and my doctor basically saved my life last year. I'll be forever grateful.

Dr.Cherian and Jody have been great. I'm glad she is my GI doc and helping me with my issues. Would highly recommend her. She was so kind to me during my colonoscopy procedure and I felt like I was in good hands.

I was very pleased with my experience at GI Associates. Dr. Cherian was kind, pleasant and very calming. She has a wonderful warmth about her. Jody, her coordinator, was polite, accommodating and returned all my phone calls. I was treated with professionalism and care. A big thank you to both of them!

I recently had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Cherian. The procedure from check in to check out was seamless. I spoke to Dr. Cherian before going under. The last words I heard were you are going to be just fine. Yes, everything went fine. I am a nervous person and I felt so much at ease I didn’t need a tranquilizer!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Cherian.

Dr. Cherian is the best! I am so glad that she is my GI doctor. Pleasant, knowledgeable, professional. Office staff is outstanding. My colonoscopy experience was very good. My wife is a retired GI nurse, so I have a lot to base this rating on.

This is the rudest Dr office I have ever dealt with.A year ago I had an Appointment with Dr Charian but as it turned out, I was in the hospital and then nursing home for almost a month.They sent be a bill for missing an appointment.I tried to explain why I missed the appointment but they said they needed proof. I explained all they had to do is verify it on Christiana’s networkSince I was in the Christians Hosp. They said they couldn’t do that. I sent them the $50 but the next time I called they told me they had taken me off their rolls for noncompliance!I would never recommend this practice mainly because of my experience!

I have been being treated by Dr. Cherian since December of 2018. I have found her to be nothing but professional and courteous and had quickly diagnosed my problem. I find that she does think outside the box when it comes to treating my complex condition. She is patient and never rushes me and always answers all of my questions with the utmost care. I highly recommend her and her office.

AWFUL doctor, do not go see her. She wrote me off because my case wasn’t straightforward and simple like she wanted it to be, and refused to think outside the box. Her office staff then failed to send my paperwork to another doctor (requested twice) for a second opinion when she failed to accurately treat my condition. Don’t write someone off for having anxiety when in reality, they just need a higher dose than you’re used to prescribing. Her ignorance of correlation vs causality caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and left my condition untreated for longer than necessary.

Dr. Cherian is a wonderful person and outstanding professional gastroenterologist. I consider myself blessed to be her patient. May the Lord bless her always. Anthony
