Knowledgeable, straight forward, & easy to talk with - I’d recommend Dr Palma to any athlete with an injury falling within his specialties. He performed a partial removal of medial and lateral meniscus in left knee, in which I have been very satisfied!

I am extremely happy with my surgical experience at DOS. Dr. Palma and staff are prompt, professional, transparent and confident in all aspects. Having my ACL repaired was critical for me to return to my job as a veterinarian and a weekend warrior. Thank you for an exceptional surgical experience with prompt attention leading to a quicker healing and recovery. You guys rock!

As cordial and professional as he was he did not help in one single way. I'm in extreme pain and he wouldn't give me not a thing for relief. Like, I'm setting the surgery up Friday and you can't relieve my anguish for less than a week. All he keep saying is I'm not writing anything for pain. I said give me a darn shot then. He said, it would be useless. I just wanted some temporary relief bc its gonna be probably no till Fall I get the surgery. I mean I literally can not sit, sleep, or stand with balance, cry every single second from the moment I wake up till bedtime. I take Epsom salt baths like4x a week, heat and ice every night. Have my MMCC, not relief from pain but it helps keep me balanced and calm. I absolutely hate the fact I would have to take a pain killer but I also have a life to run and I need my mind on responsibilities, not pain. 24/7.

Dr. Palma takes the time to understand what pain or issues you are having so he can treat you properly. He listens and makes sure you understand completely what measures need to be taken.

Dr. Palma is a G. He gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and review my MRI with me. He was patient, he was personable, and he kept it real and listened to my real life concerns and problems and helped me make an informed decision regarding acl surgery. Need more people like him in healthcare!
