Staff was extremely rude, Robert to be exact. Unprofessional, discussing my child's information in front of other people in the lobby (which is a HIPPA) violation. He also didn't explain to my 14 year old child that he needed to remove his phone which ended up being destroyed. We will not return.

So embarrassed in the way your team treated my 65 year old mother. She came out in tears from her MRI. Your team needs to learn to treat patients better.

Reception staff lacks any warmth. No greetings. No smiles. Just this "oh gawd, another patient I have to deal with." attitude. You would think you were entering Gander Hill. (Not that I have been there as a involuntary guest.)Once I was called back, all of the clinical staff were wonderful and attentive. They answered all questions as best as they could and explained everything. After the procedure I went home and rested.The pain issue resolved from the procedure however the reaction to the meds they gave me resulted in no sleep for almost 24 hours. Pounding heart. headaches and restlessness. I missed a day of work when assured I could return the following day. The woman who called to follow up on the next day did not want to listen to the problem and wanted to argue with what I was dealing with. It was as if I was a bother to her. Just like the receptionists. She had no empathy or compassion. No care for the patient . No helpful suggestions. She needs to work somewhere where she does not interact with people. She and the others at the front desk. I gave 3 stars ONLY because of the medical staff were excellent.

My father got surgery here not too long ago. It's definitely a strange place to check-in to, I know. However, I'm pleased to say we had a positive experience.My father needed minor surgery so I took him here. The staff were all very nice and would update me on how my father was doing when I asked. My father is still in recovery, but he's doing very well! The waiting room has lots of magazines, tvs, coffee and vending machines to keep you entertained while you wait. There was also free wi-fi if you need it.
