Very pleasant experience! Caring staff and doctor. Will be going back whenever I need help with my health problems.

I've been seeing Dr. Inguito Jr for several years now. Folks negative comments on here come out of left field and sound like people with expectations that can't be fulfilled with any doctor. Dr. Inguito is excellent and has improved my well being and health tremendously. He's smart, takes his time and never have I felt rushed during my visits. Dr. Inguito truly loves what he does and enjoys practicing medicine which comes through in his demeanor and interactions with patients. This practice is A+ in my book and I've left numerous doctors in my 50 year wake! I'm sticking with Dr. Inguito!

Doesn't no what he's doing. Not concerned with his patients. Don't go here unless u have to go a primary.

This Doctor and his as office staff are AMAZING!! First off, Dr. Inguito actually listens to and cares about your well being and health. He's not the type to just push medications in your directions and send you on your way! He actually listens to what your saying and then can better assess what can/will help. Second, this office is super accommodating with trying to meet your medical wants or needs.They try their absolute best to get you into see the Doctor as soon as possible, unless it is an emergency then your common sense should kick it (if you even have it) to head straight to an Emergency room or Urgent Care. Otherwise, they help you out to get you an appointment right away to see the Doctor. Last but not least, the office staff in this place is awesome! They're friendly, they laugh, even joke with you, and actually hold conversations with you! Their actually humans and don't act like friggin robots like most doctor's offices do. They will get you checked in and into a room to see the doctor as quick as they possibly can without making you feel rushed and get you checked out in a breeze, they answer any questions or concerns you may have. Super helpful!. If you're looking for a Doctor, especially a primary doctor then this is the place and people you want to see! Hands down!

I visited Dr. Galicano F. Inguito, Jr only ONE time and never again. I was hoping he will be my new family practitioner, closer to my home, but it totally backfired after the first visit. I came in as part of suggested and fully covered by Medicare, Annual Wellness, visit which lasted about 15 miutes with lots of questions, and him listening to my heart and lungs. He gave me a script for blood work , however the Lab was going to charge me over $350 due to the billing coded he provided, unless he changed them. I called the office with that request and was told those are the codes and no changes will take place, hence I opted out of the labs. To my surprise I got a bill from the doctor's office for the visit, even thought it was supposed to be fully covered by Medicare. Once I looked into it further, it turned out the office billed Medicare 2X for the same visit, but discribed it differently, so it was denied. The office kept billing me for it during the course of 2 years, totally ignoring my calls to them with explanations of that situation, until I told them that if they don't write it off I will contact Medicare for a billing fraud, and finally they left me alone. I thought I was done with them once and for all, but now that my regular doctor retired and I am looking for a new one, the one I selected apparenty can not take me as a new patient, because of "conflict of interest", as he also belongs to Delaware Family Medicine group as Dr. Inguito, so I am still being haunted by that 15 minute wasted visit with Dr. Galicano F. Inguito, Jr.

I have been with Dr. Inguito for a few years and I find him to be very kind and sincerely caring. The Dr and his staff always make me feel comfortable with their friendly manner. I have a lot of health issues and he addresses all of them thoroughly! I highly recommend Dr. Inguito and staff!

Dr. Inguito is my guy!!! He is very honest and always makes sure his patients get the best of the best! I recommend him to everyone I meet because the level of care is unmatched!

My wife and I are very happy we found Dr. Inguito several years ago. He's very through and listens and asks questions to get concerns/symptoms out. His medical advice has been spot on. And he's very easy to work with, We both love his manner and the family members we have recommended him to feel the same.

Inguito does a very good job at listening to his patients concerns. Like every doctor out there, they are on a tight schedule so, get to the point. If you have multiple issues, you may need multiple appointments. I have been with him since the beginning and do recommend him to others. He listens and is caring. It’s what you want in a doctor. He doesn’t blow off your concerns. He is connected to the Christiana Health Care system coordinating test results, other doctors etc. I have found this critical upon having a history that other doctors in the same system can see.

Doctor was rude shared some concerns he stated can’t solve everything on one visit he has other patients waiting . The visit was about 15 minutes . It was a alarming concern that was brushed off and after expressing the concern the doctor stated feel free to check into elsewhere for service straight like that. The sarcasm is awkward and hurtful. Not very warm environment this has been the third bad experience. I have taken his advice however and moved forward with exploring other options .
