Waited over an hour and a half for them to finally take me, despite arriving 20 minutes early and did all the paperwork. Staff at receptionist are very nice and run smoothly than the inside staff with the doctors that have to actually should be keeping up with the SET appointments ON time. I've never had to wait this long for any doc appointment this was absolutely ridiculous. Just for the doc to check my ent problem and talk to me for 15 minutes. He did not even say or ask much about my ent issue. Couldn't even schedule a hearing test, no openings until march. The worst clinic and organization skills. All he did was check my ears with his instrument and said it looks ok. I need a hearing test for him to confirm any diagnosis which they can't schedule me for until march 2024. Dr. did not make me feel great nor did he try to explain anything. Just told me what I asked, no guidance of what could possibly happen in the future, what my options are if I did have a certain ent problem, what we could do etc. Nothing. Waste of my time. Never coming back. Would not recommend either. Much better physicians and clinics elsewhere, go to bigger cities. This is what I get for choosing DE. And he gave me a list of foods to avoid/not eat for migraines when I mentioned I barely had a headache and that my issue is not related to it. Worst Bed side manners and overall a failure as a physician. Just got a doc degree for money.
Customer service great
I feel like I'm in very capable hands with Dr. Goldstein. Smart, knowledgeable doctor. Has improved my sinus health tremendously!
Just as my title states Dr Goldstein is very caring and he takes the time to listen to his patient.
Dr. Goldstein listened to everything I said. He check imaging and examined my sinuses. He was personable, knowledgeable, and his experience showed. It seemed like a quick visit but it was not rushed. He simply is excellent at his profession. I am glad that I found him.
A pleasure going to his office. His bedside manner was excellent.
Dr. Goldstein was not patient focused. Rushed. Did not show any interest. Please look for other doctors.
Horrible first visit experience. He acted rushed and disinterested the entire time which was less than 5 minuites. Showed no concern about my presenting symptoms or what may be causing them. I was the one who had to request additional testing. Clearly does not care about the well-being of patients referred to him. Too busy showing off for interns following him around.
Horrible first visit - less than 5 minutes. Showed no interest in trying to resolve my symptoms. I was the one that had to ask for additional testing. Comes off as arrogrant, disinterested, and lazy.
Dr. Goldstein was able to unplug the hardened wax out of both of my ears. 3 other doctors were not able to and yet Dr. Goldstein easily did it. I was scared as I as told I might have to have it surgically removed and he calmed me down and talked to me through the whole procedure. I am difficult to work with when nervous yet he made it so easy. I highly recommend him as an excellent ENT Physician.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
