Although the service I have received has been fine the customer service has been very poor. When is comes to scheduling they are not flexible. My work schedule changed and I tried to re schedule my appointment and they told me the next appointment would not be until January. They have no issues getting new clients in right away but when it comes to their returning customers they could care less.

Total scam misleading pricing scheme. Better off going with another company. There are hundreds of terrible reviews online.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Been 4+ years of being stuck with them. I went in for a consultation for a laser for my upper lip area. Got talked into doing the entire face as they has some kind of promotion going. I paid close to $4000 for the entire face laser. I am in my 4th year and I have more hair then ever before and hair growing in the areas I never had them before. Every appointment theres a new consultanttechnician touching your face. 12 the time they dont even pay attention to chart or file to see what heat level was the last treatment at. I have been burned very many times because they were rushing through things and not taking the time. When questioned about the burns I was told that my skin type isnt ideal for laser. So I told them to stop the treatment and return that portion of money. They would not let me do that either. I have been through 22 sessions now in 4 years and have most amount of hair ive ever had. I want to cry every time I look at my face. I am having trouble getting an appointment even as they are possibly avoiding me. So having to live with what I have is a torture every day. It seems Im stuck with an ugly face for the rest of my life The worst part is that they do not have a corporate office where you can complain. Its a one person owned franchise. THAT EXPLAINS THE CONSTANT TURNOVER AND THE KIND OF TREATMENT I GOT I am helpless and need suggestions please

I have not been in years and called to schedule a touch up session. I was able to get in for an appointment right away .The staff who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
