I was very dissatisfied. I have had much, much better patient/Dr. rapport and communication skills from this same office on multiple visits. I would have previously given a 5 star rating on a scale from 1 to 5 in the past. This Dr. ordered an XRAY of both feet and did not take the time to personally give me the results. I had to ask another staff member as I was leaving my appointment (despite the DR. sitting directly across from the person I questioned) The Dr. had told me during my exam, that I needed further testing but thats the only thing she said to me. Poor patient rapport and communication skills from this Dr.

Dr. Seifert and her team have been absolutely amazing with me. I walked in all jacked up and she was able to build me a new foot. Thank you for making me walk without pain again.

She is a wonderful doctor. And she makes you feel so comfortable and she explains anything that you need explain. She is an expert in her field. And she has an awesome support staff. Her assistant, that did my cast was wonderful and friendly and took her time and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I would recommend Dr. seifert to anyone who has any foot and ankle issues that need to be taken care of.

Dr. Seifert was very professional and friendly. Explained what was done at surgery and what to expect post-op. Staff was great and very kind. Had to request a wheeelchair and they sent one right away to transport me to the office

I’ve been a patient of hers since she joined the practice several years ago.. I absolutely love her thoroughness and confidence! He has surgically repaired my right foot and next will be my left… you won’t find a better doctor!!
