I've had bad experiences with Dr. Glassner before, and had been seeing Holly at the practice instead. She's amazing by the way! But today I went in to see Glassner for a pre-op physical, and let me just say that I have never felt more demoralized in my life. Not going into specifics, but he didn't approve of of something I said and took more time to cuss me out then he did to examine me. He literally checked my lungs and told me "hurry up and get out of here." Needless to say I don't feel comfortable even getting my surgery now because I didn't even receive a proper physical. I was asked bi questions at all about anything and rushed out of the office. Absolutely unacceptable!!

This office is horrible, no care...won't see patients won't call patients back for appointments very disappointed with how this office has devolved.

The receptionist was very condicending. After being unable to answer my questions I was asked to hold for the office manager MARY. I sat on hold for all of 5 mins before being told "shes too busy with a patient" it seems that all of the previous more friendly nurses have since "retired years ago" when asked to verify my child shot records. Evidently there is storage off-site and the records were improperly transfered to the new doctor. Also the records where not upload to the online record system as they should be. I'll give this HIPAA interaction a 0. I wonder how they medical board would review this. Let's find out

Needed a primary physician and didn't even get to tell them my insurance before being shut down and told they are not taking people. Didn't refer me to anyone or even try to help. Pretty happy they turned me away. Don't recommend!

One of the staff members was absolutely rude and disrespectful did not even take the time to see if she could help me with my concerns.I called for a new patient appointment for a family member that just received insurance and has no prior medical records she just said well there has to be to schedule an appointment and hanged up on me what a great way to push patients away!!!!!
