Excellent surgeon! The staff is very thorough and friendly.

I would not have anyone else operate on my spine. He has been my surgeon on two surgeries 5 years apart due two different accidents. He has a great bed side manor. He is an excellent surgeon doing the least evasive surgery which really has made a difference in both my recoveries. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Boulos performed back surgery on me in late February, 2023. He is professional, competent and kind. My back is healing, and I am already feeling better. Thank you, Dr. Boulos.

Might aswell pack a lunch when going here both times I've gone for an appointment I've had to wait over an hr. to bee seen

I was going to see his associate for a consultants for a removal of a unit I had in my back and it wasn’t working properly so they set up the surgery and when I went back to get the stitches out I had a different doctor. Then he sent me to pain management nothing worked for me the shots and then they want to throw pills at you and you tell them that they don’t work they say how about another shot! I’m pretty sure that I’m done with them all! Time to find a new doctor!

Surgery went well or at least I think it did. When I came to the office for my first post op I waited over an hour and Dr. Boulos spent a total of 4 minutes with me. When I came for my second post op follow up I was told he was 2hrs behind when I checked in so I rescheduled to a day that I was assured he would be on time since it was scheduled for 8:20AM. I was brought back to the waiting room at 8:29AM however I then waited over an hour in the room before I came out to see what was going on. It turns out the doctor Wasn’t even at the office yet and the office staff could not tell me when he would be there. I then requested a tella health visit. I have a feeling that won’t be on time either since he tends to run about 1.5 hours late every day. The office staff and administrator provided good service however no one called to tell me before I arrived that I would be waiting over two hours at my second visit And no one set any time expectations whatsoever on any of my visits. I am a essential service provider and I have missed a total of one full day of work due to Dr. Boulos’s lack of commitment and communication to his patients. I’d also like to add that during my first follow up after surgery Dr. Boulos removed the Steri-Strips holding my incision together without gloves and without sanitizing his hands prior. I did not expect this from someone that was listed as a Deleware top doctor in 2017.

Dr. Bouls is a great surgeon. Was disappointed he never spoke to us after the surgery or at our inital follow up. When discharged from hospital we knew nothing and thankfully for a friend who's a nurse was able to teach us wound care. Communication prior to surgery was great but after not so much.
