The front desk rep is the most rude and provide the worse service I’ve ever experienced. I advised that I wanted to reschedule my surgery because of my medication and she was very rude. Then when I called back to ask for the proper spelling of the doctor’s name she told me no and hung up on me.

I've been dealing with my medical issue for years and Dr. Jadali has been wonderful in our treatment plan and surgeries! His staff is welcoming, professional and efficient. I'm thankful for finally getting relief and great care!Need to edit because Dr. J just called to follow up with me regarding my surgery yesterday! Him personally! His professionalism, bed manners and expertise is PHENOMENAL!

Not very good, poor bedside manner and his secretary was quite rude. I felt like I was being talk "at" rather than talk to or even with. I felt like a paycheck and not a patient that he cared about at all. I will be looking for a different Dr.

Honestly, I have given this man and his staff multiple tries and they continually fall short of my expectations. Things I have experienced: 1) misdiagnosis. I had an abscess and he called it a bruise. 2) emotionless /no bedside manner 3) feels like pulling teeth to get pertinent info (especially when he is suggesting surgery) 4) rude staff — seems like they blatantly don’t want to be there. They have condescending attitudes. 5) scam artists - they charged me $600+ for an abscess drainage and on top of that, they billed me $150 for a 2 minute follow-up that they scheduled me for. I didn’t even need to go. I took off work for that follow-up using my own PTO and he didn’t even have the decency to spend some time to talk about the potential surgery resulting from this drainage. Just irritated that this is becoming the standard in America for healthcare. We are a mere dollar sign. I recommend to avoid him and his staff if you have high expectations.
