Never answer phone. Horrible wait times. Rude front office

Went to a Dr at this facility after having a tubal reversal. I advised her that I had a positive pregnancy test and then a negative one. When I saw her she never once looked at my incision to see how I was healing from my tubal and then she ordered a transvaginal ultrasound. At this ultrasound I heard the tech say on the phone that I had a hydrosalpinx. No one told me I had to hear it. I called the drs office after I left and asked what that was and her response was that I needed to have that tube removed that was my only option. I asked for my records numerous times and never got a call back, an email, nothing. Today I had a procedure done with a new dr and the tube is fine no need for removal, no hydrosalpinx. It's clear Beebe wanted a surgery and gave me no other options

Staff is so friendly and really listen to your questions and concerns. I always feel like I am in the best care there. They were fantastic in monitoring my pregnancy and have continued to be excellent following my health postpartum.

Never have a problem with the care I receive here. My critique would be in regards to the difficulty I have in reaching the office by phone at times. Doctors, nurses and staff are all competent, pleasant and caring.

Dr Wilson has performed my Leep procedure as well as my hysterectomy. She has been so amazing through it all. She takes the time to make sure all questions are answered and truly shows she cares about the outcome. I was very impressed when I went for my hysterectomy as she came to talk with me before even setting down her bags. I can't speak for the other doctors but Dr. Wilson is an absolute delight.

Front desk is always helpful and staff is very friendly

I've waited well over a month for an appointment, only to be called the night before (after hours) to reschedule. My options were that I could go to an entirely different location with a male doctor, which I'm not comfortable with, or reschedule for several weeks later. Cancelled it all together and won't be going back.

I recently posted a negative review due to my experience with this office However, I need to say that over the last 72 hours they have more than once reached out to me to both apologize and resolve the issue. Not many offices that I have had experience with would go to such lengths to resolve an issue once they've been made aware of it.

I have been trying to schedule an appt with these people since August 2020 per my physician referral. Told to call back in October then December then January and now being told to call back in May. This is no way to run a Doctor office. Very disappointing

Dr. Nyanin is a very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, Doctor that I would recommend to anyone. Dr. Nyanin took excellent care of me on my one and only surgery two years ago. I had many questions about my procedure and Dr Nyanin took every one of my concerns and gave me several options that would best suit me. Dr. Nyanin deserve one million stars for her expertise. Dr. Nyanin addressed all of my questions without Judging me and even followed up and answered my questions via email on a weekend. I wish there were more Doctors like Dr. Nyanin she listens and make sure that you understand the risk of your procedure, she made me feel at ease. Dr. Nyanin is the best.
