Thomas F. Kelly's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kelly is my savior. I have never had a doctor care so much about the welfare of his patients as this man. I have also truly admired him for his return calls and virtual visits on any holidays, weekends etc. This is a very special doctor and a very special man. I can truly say I am not certain I would be alive if it were not for him. During the high point of Covid he was there for me with great advice and direction. Doctor Kelly has also directed me to very talented specialist when I needed them and then followed up with me when he did not have to do this. I am blessed to have him to care for both my wife and I. My wife would certainly 100% agree with every statement I have made in this review. I believe Dr. Kelly should be the benchmark for all physicians in this troubled time of human health. I cannot thank him and his fine staff enough!

Appears to have turned over practice to his PA who lacks many skills.

Nightmare experience, office manager not helpful. Office policies do no support the use of our tricare insurance. Claims to support military but completely unwilling to work with the primary military insurance policies. Not willing to help with our needs even on a one time basis.

We were two of Dr Kelly's first patients when he started his practice here. Over these 8+ years we've seen him develop into an even more caring and knowledgeable physician. Two examples; after we were hospice care givers to my Dad during which time my twin passed unexpectedly and I had a car wreck that was followed by needed surgery, Dr. Kelly gave excellent medical care but also called me on a Sunday just to check on my physical and mental health. Another time my wife had leg pains, he had her get some lab-work done right away and then that Friday evening about 8 called us to have her get to Beebe for leg ultrasounds for possible DVT- 2 hours later all good and a followup call from Dr Kelly early Saturday. Now with his new PA, Denise, he provides that additional level of practice. Thank you Dr Kelly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly for a very long time. I have found, that through the years treating me, that he truly cares about my physical health and general well being. He is kind and thoughtful. I have never felt rushed while with him. My experience is, when with him, he wants to know the real you. Good bad and ugly, so he can help. When it comes to discussing my health, Dr. Kelly's seriousness, frankness and candor is refreshing and appreciated. He is very encouraging to make good choices for a healthy life. I never feel judged. I know I could speak to him about anything. Dr. Kelly has treated me over the years from common aches and ailments to even, as of last October, a more serious condition I developed. I know that if It hadn't been for his meticulous methodology, I could have been in real medical peril. Dr. Kelly's discovery, lead him to promptly set off a chain of events that would lead to almost a year of treatment and I know he ultimately potentially saved my life.

I have been fortunate to have Dr. Kelly as my doctor for the last 7 years. He is engaged with his patients, methodical in his approach and knows the larger medical community,enabling great recommendations. He genuinely cares about those in his care as I have experienced and seen with others I know he is treating. Thank you for being here Dr. Kelly!.

Rude & combative

Dr Kelly is awesome. He is incredibly observant ,incredibly smart and incredibly diligent in taking care of your health.I can not recommend him highly enough

Terribly run practice. I filled out new patient information at the office — which included insurance information, personal data including SSN, next of kin and phone numbers, past medical conditions, medications, etc. I left paperwork with front desk. When I did not hear back within a month, I contacted the office and they said there were no records there for me. In addition, I had my physician send Dr Kelly’s office, as they requested,?two years of my medical records, including bloodwork, cans, etc. When I contacted Dr. Kelly’s office, they said they had no medical records for me. When I asked the office manager if he could explain what happened to my paperwork and medical records, he said “he had no idea.” I asked if they could have ended up in the trash, and he said that was not possible. So basically there was no explanation. I would not recommend this office to anyone who is concerned about how their records are kept or who wish to deal with a professional staff.

Dr Kelly is thorough and a great diagnostician with appropriate referrals. He listens and communicates very well.
