I can not say enough about Dr.Rowe! I see her at the Pocomoke office, because it is only 20 minutes from my house, but I would come here if she ever made this area permanent. She is an amazing Doctor!! She has made me so happy and I feel like I want to do better with my health. She is so kind and treats me with respect and doesn't belittle me. She takes the time and listens to me with no judgment.. I am beyond happy and truly grateful beyond words.
I called on 6/22/2022 at 11am to be seen by Dr Rowe but was told she is out until Monday. I asked if another physician can see me. Receptionist took my information & said someone will call me back after they get off the phone. 5 hours later still no call back. I called back at 4pm & got the voice-mail. I left a message for a call back. No response. I called again the next morning & Sara the receptionist knew exactly who I was & what I was calling about. I asked why no one was getting back to me & she gave me some B.S. response. They are pushing me to go to the E.R. instead. Unacceptable. Because of this/them, and not even Dr. Rowe's fault, I am fully ready to leave & find a new doctor as well as leave AGH altogether. No sympathy from the front desks or nurses in her office. Kinda rude ladies.
Dr. Rowe was very nice and efficient. I’m glad I found her after moving from Maryland.
Not a review of Dr. Rowe, but her office staff. Last week, My husband’s surgeon made an appointment with Dr. Rowe to be seen following a procedure to patch an artery near his eye, which tore due to blood thinners for his afib (2nd time). Yesterday, he had a heart procedure to get him off blood thinners and rescheduled his appointment with Dr. Rowe for afternoon. My husband had a complication and had to spend another day in the hospital. I called an hour ago to reschedule and was told that he couldn’t see Dr. Rowe because he had previously seen the nurse practitioner, Michael Boyle, and that he had to see the new nurse practitioner who was fully booked and going on vacation. Again I asked to make an appointment with Dr. Rowe and was then told that Dr. Rowe was not accepting new patients. I told her that my husband wasn’t a new patient and that he had been a patient of that practice for almost 10 years. Her response was: “well he’s new to her.” I find this response unprofessional and if this is Dr. Rose’s policy, we’ll find a new doctor.
Excellent..caring and knowledgeable
My husband and I went to doctor Rowe for the first time yesterday and she is amazing! Not only did I feel like we were being listened to, she went above and beyond so she could get to the bottom of what is going on with my husband! I would highly recommend her!!!
Dr. Rowe is a consumate professional. She listens intently to symptoms and asks detailed and specific questions that help her understand her patient's concerns. She answers questions patiently and thoroughly.
First time visit for my annual physical with Dr. Rowe and I found her to be very attentive and informed. After she received my bloodwork results she called to go over them in detail. Highly recommend.
My mother came home upset after this woman made her cry with her curt bedside manner and lack of empathy towards the three deaths my mother has gone through this year when asked why she had not kept up with her appointments. I will be recommending that others do not see her if they want a doctor with a kind or caring demeanor instead of one who was snarky and condescending and puts personal family ...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
