I went to Sally for over 20 years. She has changed. She is not the same . She is very abrupt and thinks she is all that. This woman has absolutely no care in the world .She misdiagnosed my husband 3 times and me 1 time. Also DO not ever bother to call the Queen after hours. You will be degraded. To worries to much on her vacations and drinking I moved on and thank God I found a wonderful new Doctor. ...

Excellent visit!!!

Is always in a hurry. Visits are very short. Appears to be mad or in a bad mood and very rude along with the staff at the Selbyville location . She was my doctor for many years. Miss diagnosed me twice. And Can’t follow surgeons instructions for EKG. Moved on to a new or better doctor I think she needs to retire.

Friendly and experienced physician

Dr Dowling has been my Dr for many years! The facility is always well kept and clean, her staff is professional, knowledgable and caring people, the scheduling / business aspect is most organized down to the minute detail, and each staff member is willing to go above and beyond for the patient’s welfare!!! Dr Dowling is outstanding in her field of medicine, she has a special gift when working with her patients and applying her wealth of knowledge and ability to meet our needs, even if we couldn't verbalize them when we arrive, she has that keen sense of truly knowing her clients!!! I can rely on her to listen intently and make an accurate diagnosis of my health situation and the most effective treatment plan!! The treatments are based on all of my medical history and her diagnosis to treat me or refer me to a specialist within my area of need! Dr Dowling’s special staff will make the appointment and anything else needed for my treatment with a specialist! My deepest gratitude!!??

My mother and I have been with Dr Dowling and her practice for over 20 years. She has been professional and compassionate, especially with my mother who is elderly and has called in and needed assistance outside of scheduled hours. The staff has always treated us with respect and kindness.

Dr. Dowling has been seeing my family for at least 15 years and has been nothing but unprofessional. Hearing about their experiences with her DISGUSTS me. She is disrespectful, ignorant, and a pill pusher. If you try to explain to her information you received from an outside consult from other medical professionals she will get visibly upset and angry that you went to someone else. The Board will be contacted and her license needs to be revoked!

We use to love Dr. Dowling until she joined in with PRMC. Since then the office has changed my appointment 4 times without consent from me, and a document was mailed home. No phone call, nothing. When I missed an appointment (that they changed 4x) they are now sending me a bill for 50.00 for a missed appointment that I never confirmed or made. when I called to complain, they said that Dr. Dowling would call me ... and 2 weeks later I still have not received a call. They have lost a patient of 26 years. Highly disappointed in the practice since the changeover.

Great doctor if you only need one between the hours of 9 and 4. My MIL is out of town with her brother who is very sick in the hospital. She got a urinary tract infection and called at 4:45 for a prescription. The doctor got snippy and said she should have called during office hours. So basically she is only a doctor when it is convenient for her. She also never called in the prescription, even though she said she would.
