A Douglas Chervenak's Online Review Report Card

If you are a person of color [POC]-- avoid this practice at all costs. The doctor is pleasant and knowledgeable. However, his staff does not follow medical standards of care. The staff deters POC and behaves as bias and unethical towards POC as possible. For example, I witnessed them beg a Caucasian male refusing to wait his turn to stay while refusing medical appointments and support to POC with equal or greater concerns.

Clean office but billing manager Liz very unprofessional. Dr also charges $50 yearly fee in order to see you n if you don’t pay he will not see you. Times are tough but if I only see dr twice a year with $10 copay, yearly fee it’s appalling and come to show you doctor is all about money not care of his patients.

Dr. Chervenak is personable, as are his staff, a real old time feel of a doctors office and the type of treatment I'd expect and in a very timely manner. Even if he's not accepting new patients at this time.

The Office is nice clean and they give quick appointments; But please be aware of that Nasty A$$ Manager Liz. She talk to you like you one of her kids. She raises her voice and its hard to resolve anything with her, you would think that she is the Doctor. If the Doctor got rid of her, it could be a good medical office

Dr. Chervenak has been my doctor for many years now and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. The staff, Michelle, Liz and Sam, are the absolute best and work so hard to take care of all of us. If you are looking for care, compassion and old-fashioned patient/doctor relationships in your medical treatment, this is the place to go.

This family practice is just that (treat you like family). My husband who's not had a family physician until now was treated as if he'd been a patient for years. From our initial call to make his appointment with Samantha to Liz making sure he was also seen by a specialist to Michele taking care of everything vital. I definitely can't leave out Dr. Chervenak who my husband hit it off with right away! Dr. Chervenak didn't waste any time ordering all the necessary labs that were due. There was none of the go here and there and then come back around treatment. Dr. Chervenak does his best to make it a one stop facility. Blessed to have found such an amazing practice.

I was so disappointed in Dr Chervenak at Georges appointment today . Basically Dr Chervenak said it was to much paperwork to help get george a motorized scooter . George has back issues ,bones spurs and deteriorated disc which is getting worse and George has cancer . We were hoping to get medicare to help with a scooter to give him a good quality of life .But it was to much paperwork for the Good DR or his office to do

This office immediately fell apart when Dr. Abrams retired. The billing staff pre-confirmed my wife's annual physical exam is 100% covered by our insurance. During her visit ONLY her blood pressure was checked. By my own experience Dr. Chervenak likes to talk, ALOT ! So much so that besides her blood pressure No additional procedures were performed.A conversation ensued during her visit. He did not perform the physical exam or treat her for anything. He discounted her concerns, answered no questions and did not perform any kind of exam. I learned the visit was billed as a "medical visit". I enquired, the billing person confirmed she was aware the visit was for an exam.cShe admitted the billing code was changed to medical visit and told me it could not be changed. She was irate and hostile to my inquiry and refused cooperation as to why she FALSIFIED THE RECORD. Chervenak DID NOT PERFORM AN EXAM. He FALSIFIED THE RECORD and billed us for NOTHING! NO SERVICE RENDERD! Since Dr. Abrams retirement this office charges annual "service fees". The first year of Abrams retirement the Chervenak office requested donations for their rising cost ? ! When I was there last in 2020 during the height of the pandemic NO ONE WOR MASKS INCLUDING THE DOCTOR ! When my wife asked why he dose not wear a mask Chervenak stated "I take a lot of vitamin C"
