I waited for 5 hour in the emergency room just for my daughter to see a doctor she was having chest pain and she had to wait 5 hours it was the worst

I had to visit twice in the past month due to a medical emergency. I was treated with dignity, respect and compassion. My complaints were taken seriously and were addressed promptly. The wait time was not long at all and the waiting area and patient room was clean. From the doctors, nurses, techs everyone I encountered was pleasant and empathetic. Greatly appreciate everyone's help. Thank you for taking me seriously and treating me like family.

Sorry everybody had such a hard time looking at the reviews below. I went on April 17th on a Saturday at 1 in the afternoon and was treated like I was the only one there. They took such care of me from the checking in to the nurses that brought me in the ER the doctor that followed up. They did a few extra test to make sure that I was okay. I would highly recommend going there if you need medical assistance. To the staff I say thank you so much for your empathy and professionalism! Greatly appreciated. Kp

Went in the middle of the night for crushing chest pain, neck, jaw, and chest pain. I was taken in immediately and hooked up to EKG. I was having a heart attack, but they got me stabilized immediately. Nurse Anna-Kay was AMAZING and took incredible care of me all night while Kent General was trying to get a bed for me. Saw multiple techs and nurses as well as the doctor,all were professional and supportive. They saved my life. I can't put it any other way.
