Dr. Henry was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had no problems with treatment (now several weeks later). The staff did not try to sell me anything.

Dr. Henry Was beyond disrespectful and unethical attending to my disabled sister today. My sister has been attending his office for over 3 yrs. Today was different. He knows that she needs time to cope and understand the purpose of the appointment. As I tried mediate and allow her to get comfortable with him looking at her foot. He stormed out of the room stating the he was done with her, refusing to continue with the appointment. I requested to speak with him and his nursing staff had to ask him to return to speak with me and answer some of my concerns about her foot. I was calm the entire time and there was no reason for him not to speak with me. Instead he cut me off and said he would write her a prescription . He left the door open to our room, allowing others to know what was going on, violating her privacy rights. His nursing staff even looked surprised by his by his action, offering some assistance which assistance he refused. I basically had to beg him to answer my concerns for her foot care. Mind you all my disabled sister did was hide her foot. She didn't yell, scream or fight. She doesn't know how to express her pain, so hiding her foot may have been a way to avoid more pain. The fact that he thought he could be disrespectful and treat us so rudely and be so dismissive leaves me frustrated, disappointed and very concerned. I'm not sure if the answers he provided to my concerns were accurate or just a response to get us out of his office. Her appointment was at 11:45 and he kicked us out before 12pm. If this is how he treats his patients who have a communication deficit, don't take your loved ones here!!! DISGUSTING!

Continue to receive a statement for a deceased patient (my grandmother). I informed the business of my grandmother's passing and requested a call back in April 2023. Instead of a call, I received another copy of the same statement several months later. Seems they really need this $76. Recommend seeking treatment from another provider.

Dr. Michael Henry is an expert at administering a shot. I got a Cortizone shot in my heel and he made the experience pleasant. He was patient in listening to my concerns. The office is easy to find and the staff is friendly. Overall, I had a good experience today.

Deciding to have surgery, I chose Brandywine Podiatry because of my earlier experiences with Dr. Frumento. This location was not as convenient as the Silverside Road office. However, Dr. Korey DuBois, my second-opinion surgeon, was another true representative of the "Center for Excellence" and well worth the drive. His bedside manner, knowledge and attention to detail really raised my levels of comfort and confidence. To make a long story short, Dr. DuBois recommended physical therapy rather than surgery.

I'm so so glad I went to this doctor, and thankful for finding them! My son had an issue with his toenail and needed it cut back from the nail bed- the doctor was fantastic with him. I had to bring my son back to have the nail removed and we saw another doctor who was just as personable, friendly and made my son feel so comfortable. We were ten minutes late and had the last appointment of the evening - I felt so badly but the entire staff was so kind and didn't rush us. My insurance had also expired as I was in between new employment and they charged me very reasonably. I can't say enough good things about the doctors and staff here, I'm so thankful they helped my son and he is getting relief! The doctors are great with kids, and the nurses got us in right away. Do not pass this place up!
