Never offered me ran alternative for my ingrown toe nail. He cut a part of my toenail off. The was cut crooked and looked bad. Returned and asked him why it was not cut straight. As it heals he told me the skin will grow over the cut portion. Never happened and I have a miss shaped toe nail that still aches after 9 months . Poor bedside manor and left the room immediately after the procedure. Never again. .

Abominable! After debridement wrapped foot so tightly it created intense pain. Smallest toe and adjacent toe developed wounds due to excessive tightness. Wound care kit provided by office came with no lnstructions. Unable to contact doctor as doctor immediately left town for a week. Receptionist unable to contact doctor even after doctor had returned. No post op pain meds prescribed not even over the couner. Doctor barely spoke. Stone cold indifference. Apparently there are only two things that Dr. Brian Mcdermott knows how to do. 1. Make money 2. Cover his tracks. Office manager, Amber did absolutely nothing to resove issues when directed to her by front desk at Brandywine Associates. Dr. Mcdermott ibad for one's health. STAY AWAY!
