List of Christianacare Primary Care At Limestone's Reviews
Never want to see clients unless it’s for a routine checkup where they don’t have to do anything. If you are sick and having an issue they will make any excuse not to see you. Will not have appointments, blame Covid, or tell you to go to urgent care instead. Do not recommend.
The staff is wonderful and accommodating Dr. Graham does a fantastic job!
Well... had an 8:00 am appointment here this morning as a new patient which I'd waited two months to get. When I was only 1/2 mile from their practice they called to tell me the doctor was now working remotely on Mondays and Wednesdays and would I like to talk to her on the phone or would I like to reschedule? You have got to be kidding me!! I asked if she'd decided this in the last 15 minutes or they had just forgotten to call me. I'm a teacher and had to take time off work on the students first day of school to attend this appointment. I'll not be rescheduling.
This doctors offices is horrible. The upfront staff are not very friendly and do NOT like to answer the phones. They say they’re accepting new patients but can’t schedule any existing patients till 2-3 months from now. I was told to fill out paper work the WRONG way by the office manager and it was rejected. When I told them I would be switching offices she said “works for me”. HORRIBLE place to go 10/10 do not recommend.
I was exactly 15 minutes late, but because they started inputting things at 17 minutes I had to reschedule my appointment for a physical when there wasnt even anyone in the office! I get that I was late, and I apologized, but trying to manage 3 toddlers out of the house as a single mom is difficult. If they are would’ve even cared to ask I would’ve let them know right as I’m walking them out the door they decided to have a meltdown. Then had the audacity to ask me when I wanted to reschedule, I have three kids and a full time job. I’m good. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone that may have a life.
I can never get in here. This winter I finally got to see a nurse who told me to take Zyrtec D for my sinus infection. He said if it didn’t go away within a week I should call and he would call in an antibiotic. Of course it didn’t go away so I called the office. He was off and hadn’t noted anything in the chart about calling in an arc. They refused to call in an antibiotic and wanted me to come in again! For the same problem! In all fairness my husband had been going here for years. He gets very different service than I do—I’m new to this practice. I won’t go back. This is the worst lack of service I’ve ever received. I blame Christiana Care Health System. They control the process, I don’t get to talk to the office. A CCHS nurse talks to patients. The farther a doctor gets from his patients the worse the care. Goodbye CCHS!
I called in January to schedule my son for a new patient visit. They did not have any appointments until April. I scheduled him for April but they were adamant they could not see him even if there was an emergency. I receive a text the day before the appointment confirming the appointment at 7am the next day. I show up 15 minutes early. No one from the office was there. I called the scheduling line at 715. They said they didn’t know why I was scheduled at 7am since the office doesn’t open until 8am. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That is the very definition of incompetence. They then say the earliest they can get me in is September- 5 months later. Do not go here. The Dr nor the office staff don’t even take the time to look at their schedule. How can you expect them to give you good care?
Always answers their phone, polite, Dr. Graham is a listener, patient, great care and i recommend her very much. I always get a early appointment when i need her. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have been a patient of one of the doctors here for more than 20 years, so I probably get better service than someone trying to get in as a new patient. I love my doctor, and have had good experiences with the nurses and other doctors when they were on-call. However Christiana Care does add a layer of bureaucracy! If you can get past that, it's a fine practice.
Receptions staff are rude and impatient with patients and make you feel as if you are interrupting them. You can not call them directly you have to call through a very long automated systems to talk to someone who doesn't even work in the office then they will send a message by email to the office to call you, How does this makes sense ! I asked to have the number for the receptionist so that I could call back with some results and the staff quickly and rudely refused. How can you treat patients like this! If I did not love the care I receive from my doctor I would be gone

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
