I love this practice....due to my type 2 diabetes, I have to have my feet checked about every 90 days. Dr Troisi is amazing, friendly, patient and all around good guy.
Actual Rating: Negative 3 Stars - Extremely Poor Doctor: Dr. Kline needed 3 appointments to repair 2 ingrown toenails. However, that did not repair the problem or stop the pain. I am having major problems walking. I'm going to my primary care physician to see what we can do. Kline (I have zero respect for Kline) who screwed up two operations... It turns out that the operations did not go as planned and as a result I have worse problems with both feet. I can't walk thanks to Kline's inability to do the improper or lack of diagnostics of my foot pain!!!! Next step: I stupidly made an additional Kline visit!! With which he used my last appointment to administer 1 shots - one appointment for 1 shot in my right foot, and 1 appointment for the other foot is getting canceled! Judging by my extreme foot pain.. This quack obviously is treating me for the wrong issues and does not listen to my feedback!!!! LOTS OF COPAYS FOR A PROBLEMS THAT COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED IN 2 VISITS!!!! Final Comment: I wish I had all the money and time in the world (with nothing to do) and lots of money for all of these copays and appointments??? Meanwhile - I cannot walk because of Kline's ineptitude!
Very good foot dr., Excellent listener hear your concerns, shows you what's going on with you and the plan to get you well.
First off I want to state that I am very dramatic and tend to be a baby when it comes to needles but Dr. Troisi was AMAZING!! In 2007 I had to have a nail avulsion done in the Poconos and it was the worst. The doctor did NOT use numbing spray on my toe, before injecting a needle three times along my nail bed. The needles were the worst pain I have ever experienced in all of my 30 years. The doctor then removed half of my nail. It took four months to fully grow it back. So needless to say I was not excited when I had to get my other foot done. Six years later and I still remember the barbaric procedure like it was yesterday. So today I dragged my sister with me so I had someone to hold my hand during the needles. I was ready to walk out as soon as the nurse placed the needle on the counter. But my sister talked me into staying. Dr. Troisi came in and immediatly started joking with me to help ease my nerves. He explained the procedure and told I could calm down; he would not be sticking needles in my toe. Whew! He ended up injecting the side of my foot, which was way less painful. He also used a cold spray prior to injecting, which slightly numbed the area first. While he was working his magic, I felt a lot of pressure and was forgetting to breath. He kept joking and calmed me down. Afterwards I looked at my nail and was so surprised. He did a beautiful job. He removed only the necessary part of the nail. You can't even tell I had anything done. He also used an acid which will kill the nail root. I will never have this problem again. I'm kind of embarrassed at how much of a baby I was but I'm extremely thankful for Dr. Troisi. He's been working on feet and ankles for 28 years and his work proves it. He's my new crush.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
