I came to Performance with a sciatica issue. After an aeccesment I was placed with Jonathan as my therapist and how very lucky for me. Jonathan was knowledgeable, helpful and kind, he then guided me on my path to recovery. My sciatica has subsided and when I completed my in house sessions I continued to do my at home PT to stay on the path Jonathan put me on, as we all should. Also a shout out to Steve, who sends along very helpful hints and videos to keep us all on the path to Feeling Better every day!!

In January I fell at home and fractured a back bone . After my bone healed I was unsteady walking . My sense of balance was awful . I started therapy with Dana at the Concord facility of Performance Phrsical Therapy in June and after 2 months 2x per week can walk normally again .

Performance PT at Concord Pike is excellent! Never crowded. Therapist works with you one on one with undivided attention. Front desk staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and organized. Jonathan Fass is the best PT ever! As long as he stays in the area, I don’t think I will ever see anyone else.
