Que mal que ya no atienden en el local de la Ontario los sábados. Muchos tenemos que trabajar y porqué atendían los sábados los escogí, hay muchas madres que he escuchado que se tendrán que ir a otro lado porque ya no atienden los sábados.
My wife went for her last sonogram and the appointment only lasted probably 10 mintues. The appointment was too fast. No explanation and no details.
Every thing is great.
My 11 month old daughter is sick. Based on the advise of her pediatrician who is on leave, I brought on her to the clinic to be seen by the doctor on duty. As we walked in, my daughter was literally vomiting in the clinic, and they said they didn’t have any appointments left and suggested that I take my daughter to urgent care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
I always have a good experience at this location. Dr. Mable is amazing, knowledgeable and efficient with women's health. I recommend having an 8am appointment and then you are in and out in 45 mins.
Terrible staffing.. i have been waiting for 2 hours i had my appointment at 8:45 with my one old daughter and its 10:45 and i haven't been call yet. What's the point to make appointments in this place. No coming back
Great doctors and caring staff.
They take too long to answer a call I have like 1 hour calling n they never answered me
I showed up on time to my appointment on time took a number and waited for my appointment. With all the baby’s crying I’m the lobby I missed them calling my number because I could not hear . I realized they skipped my number . I checked in and they said I was late even tho I wasn’t and tried to make me reschedule . I waiting months for this appointment. This place sucks
Worse !worse !worse ! Workers at the front desk. Discrimination! Disrespectful! Arrogant and minimize customers. They have to be educated and do their job properly because they get pay for. Mary’s center Ontario has to do something before losing all other ethnics customers, they don’t care about you if you’re not Spanish. They have to communicate with customers when they see them wait at the waiting area more than an hour when everyone comes and leave and you still wait, give them the information as soon they receive feedback from the doctor to help them decide how to manage their schedule. In this country people don’t have time to waste, so every thing is planned .
NOTE! PLEASE READ THE BOTTOM FOR AN UPDATE!I am referring to making an appointment which I am trying right now at 8 AM on a Monday. Four callers ahead of me and my waiting time is "less than 17 minutes". Then I am "caller number 2 and the wait is less than 16 minutes".... 5 minutes later: 'I am caller number 3(!) and my wait time is LESS THAN 16 minutes". Yes, after 5 minutes... NEVER experienced a more ridiculous system than this to make an appointment.Last? 'You are caller number ONE and your waiting time is "less than 10 minutes". RIDICULOUS. Do something MC!UPDATE January 3, 2019All the qualms expressed were resolved in a short amount of time thereafter and the problem referred to initially is history. You get to talk to someone who is cordial and very service oriented!Good job, Mary's Center!
Pezimo lugar se tiene que esperar más de 1 hora y no hay muchos pacientes los empleados, se ocupan en hablar entre ellos y olgazanean mucho
was just calling and i was 6 on the call line saying it will be under 2 mins turns out to be 15 mins and someone just hangs up, i called again again the same thing ended up waiting 14 mins and no answer. i had never had this issue i have always gone to this clinic since i was a newborn i am very disappointed because this was actually a medical emergency i needed to discuss with a doctor.
Just horrible. My PCP, Dr. Agawal, is nice and was attentive while I saw her during my initial appointment, but I can honestly say that this entire clinic has made my life a living hell recently. First, they misspell my name in the system so my blood work results couldn't be properly submitted to specialist I was seeing because the names didn't match. Then, I was promised that I would get a referral (I have an HMO insurance plan so I always need a referral from my PCP to see a specialist) to see a psychiatrist so I could continue being prescribed the medication I've been on for THREE YEARS. It took me an entire MONTH of calling Mary's Center every business day to get them to write me the referral. They kept insisting that I didn't need a referral to see a specialist, so they clearly don't know how an HMO plan works. When I finally get the referral, it came with the caveat that I must also see someone at Mary's Center for therapy every month which I specifically stated that I did not want. Additionally I was told over the phone I could come in anytime before COB (around 8 PM) to pick up my referral, but when I got there around 5:15 PM they told me it was too late and I'd have to come back another time. Every time I call the clinic, I get transferred around endlessly, hung up on, or just ignored. A psychiatrist there even kept repeatedly interrupting me on the phone when I was explaining my problem. Anyway, now my meds are running low and I can't get my prescription because this place takes an eternity to process referrals. Stay FAR away if you have an HMO plan. I want to change my PCP to a different clinic as soon as possible but seems like nowhere else is taking new patients! I haven't missed a single day of my medication in years until this mess.
This place is old but the best for me. Very attentive staff and doctors. And also I love the nurse that has a soft and lovely hand to put shots she’s Peruvian love her...
Good dr
