Dr. Farooq requested a stat appointment with cancer gynecologist for issue I had. Dr. Farooq explained my issue to me and addressed everything that needed to be done to take care of me.

Dr. Farooq and the entire staff at CSNF Middleburg have been wonderful throughout my battle with cancer. Their caring and support is the absolute best. I can state without hesitation, reservation or equivocation that if it were not for the outstanding care I received and am continuing to receive I would not have survived cancer and I wouldn't be here now telling everyone how great Dr. Farooq and CSNF are. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Dr. Farooq has been very helpful with my care. He and the staff have been attentive and caring, they've made it easy for me to get the care that I need to stay healthy. I thoroughly appreciate that my labs are drawn & discussed same day. This team makes it easy to get the treatments I need because the pharmacy/ lab is on site. That's important to me personally.
