I have always been treated in a courteous manner by all the staff. However, at my first visit in the new office, there was no place for my husband to sit while the technician was reviewing my meds and drawing my blood. In the previous office, there was a small room off to the side for those accompanying the patient to sit while waiting.

My biggest issue with this office is when you reach out to the nurse and you are trying to keep your love one out of the hospital you can leave multiple messages trying to get them to call you back. It takes days for them to call you back if they call you back trying to reach somebody is very hard and they say they want to help keep your loved ones out of the hospital, then need to return phone calls, within a few hours of calling versus not receiving a phone call back after leaving multiple messages I hope this will help that system to be fixed due to more people will end up in the hospital versus seeing the doctor but I will say the doctor and their staff are amazing. No problem with the doctor or staff they’re phenomenal. Just the callbacks from the nurses need to be more prompt thank you for your time and I hope you have a beautiful day

Dr Al and his staff are amazing. They truly care and show it with their actions during every visit. They are the best in the business. Sadly all cancer can't be cured. My mom (Carolyn Gedig) loves Dr Al so much. I only wish was for mom to get well Everyone tried so hard. She's on hospice now as moms body just lost the strength to continue to fight. Thanks for the extra years you helped keep her with us. Never change Dr Al. You always made mom laugh. Seeing you was never like a Dr visit to mom. You were like seeing an old friend and she loved you ❤️

The staff. They are great. The office is organized; a place for everything & someone in place to help in each area. Very well organized. Friendly too. The doctor is great too, he runs a good ship and engages with the patient and he doesn't seem distracted when he's with you.
