Multitudinous issues from all aspects of the practice. Patients are bounced between providers and forced to redocument medical history numerous times; unnecessary procedures are ordered without much explanation as to why; billing department issues bills as not being covered by carriers when coverage is and was active at the time of service.

Never in my life I have had such incompetent people in this office. 7 weeks after my visit they have not got my prescription. I have called 13 times always the same excuse. We will call. Except for the. P.A. Rodriquez she was awesome. Need to hire a new staff. Someone that knows what they are doing. 1 star is too much to give.

Great place , staff are very nice , and the Doctor are great 👍🏼, it's not a big parking lot just a head up good to get there early if you what to get a parking 😀

6/27/2023- I have never written a google review, but if I can save someone time, stress money and frustration I feel it’s my responsibility to do so. Let me start off by say6 I wish I would have reads the reviews prior to choosing this office for my neurological needs. This is the most unprofessional, incompetent, non English speaking, non answering phone, greedy, make pointless appointments to collect payments office I’ve ever been to. Please don’t select this practice if you’re looking for a doctor who’s top priority is your health and well being. The top concern is money. I am on a maintenance medication that I have to take for the rest of my life and the office refuses to refill my prescription. They only write my prescription for 30 days at a time so I have to come back into the office so they can collect a copay. Per medical assistant I was told on 6/26/2023 I could not receive a refill per my insurance and their requirements requesting MD notes. I reached out to my plan and they verified no such thing was required and even ran a test claim out for the next 6 months and the claim pays. I called back today to my doctors office 6-27-2023 and a different assistant told me a different story. She told me I needed a memory test, eeg test, and a regular f/u to test my level. I did blood work on 5/12/2023 and had a f/u appointment 5/18/2033. You mean to tell me a month later I need more? Now I’m left without medication but received a lot of lies. My insurance company called the office 27 times between 6/26 and 6/27 with me on the phone and still no one answered. Please stay away, I’m changing my doctor ASAP!

I would give zero stars if I could. This office is totally incompetent. They can't even schedule an appointment correctly, nor listen correctly.

I wish I could give not star rating Unprofessional office and doctor. Trick you into having to see the nurse practitioner prior to seeing the doctor. For 4 months I had to see this nurse practitioner, requested an appointment with Dr. Cabrera , who opened the door of the room I was waiting in and closed it to go have lunch with a sales rep, when advised the nurse that I had been waiting for over an hour her response was I could see the nurse practitioner because the doctor was seeing other patients which is a LIE because I could hear her thru the walls talking to this sales reps. I already advised the insurance company of this, of how unprofessional this doctor and her staff are, charging money as doctors but having nurses seeing patients. I will ensure the state knows how horrible this place is and the kind of business they conduct!

AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS This is hands down the worst medical practice I have ever been to in my entire life. It is very poorly managed and communication is atrocious. From my multiple visits, I never saw the same person more than once, and there was no consistency in the advice I received between each nurse/doctor. One of my visits I had scheduled months ahead was canceled less than 24hrs beforehand without my consent and they didn’t notify me until minutes before closing the day prior. During another visit, I had a Vasovagal reaction and the nurse left me there saying I was free to leave. They were surprised when I was still in the room several minutes later, and they were unable to provide me with water to help alleviate symptoms. Luckily my partner was there to assist. She was shocked and disgusted by how they treat patients. On my last visit, the “doctor” came in discussing results for a completely different test much older than what I came in to review which resulted in a lot of last minute searching and reading through records while I waited. She could barely speak English, and didn’t have any idea why I was actually there or what kind of treatment I was trying to receive. She left me with zero confidence that she actually knew anything about what she was talking about as she would look blankly at me confused while I would explain my symptoms. I gave up trying to explain since she didn’t understand. I repeatedly gave them my latest contact and address information, but they never update it. The online web portal they have advises you that medical records are available to download, but there are no actual records to speak of. Just generic documents with your contact information on it at the time of service. No actual test results are provided in those documents. If you do have the displeasure of visiting this practice, be sure to bring another person with you. They overbook appointments and the parking lot is rarely big enough to accommodate (unless you get there when they first open). My partner would have to illegally park and wait for someone to leave while I was inside for my appointment.

I have gone to Dr Cabrera for over 10years and she is an excellent doctor. The problem is she has too many patients, you have to see a PA when they say you are going to see her, staff is unfriendly, can never get ahold of the office, you usually have to wait hours in the overcrowded waiting room…. I recently walked out because the PA put me in a room and never came back. I will not be returning and I am not a person who has ever written a review but I do not have a choice.

Very professional, they listened to everything and explained everything. Very eager to help. Everyone so friendly.
