Our daughter had an appointment yesterday at 3:15 pm. After waiting for almost an hour, she was finally called into a room where we waited another 25 minutes and finally walked out, never having seen a doctor at 4:35 pm. The office closed at 4:00 pm. Nobody was available at the front to speak to or interact with, yet multiple nurses watched us walk out without saying a word. Our time was not valued, and our daughter did not receive her care.

Did not feel that my time was valued because an extraordinary wait without ever seeing Dr. Rosenberg. My appointment was at 3pm I walked out at 4:15pm

30 years ago I was with another asthma doctor and in and out of the emergency room and hospital for week long stays with asthma attacks. Since I have been with this practice I have not even been to the emergency room nor the hospital.

I have never in my life met a more disorganized office. Please avoid at all costs. First my pediatrician sent over the blood work results, this office called me with the results. When I went in for a follow up appointment, they claimed they had never received the results. Even though 3 days prior they called me. I called to verify my appointment time. (215) They told me I had missed my appointment at 830. I would never make an 830 appointment, the baby who the appointment was for is not even awake at 830. When I came into the office the requested I fill out new patient paper work. I had to let them know I was not a new patient. I told them I was there for a skin test. Nurse brought us back, and asked me if the baby has stop taking alll her antihistamines. I informed her she’s never taking one before, so there was nothing to stop. Which if she looked at her chart she would know. Did the skin test, said they would be back in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I popped my head out and Dr said he would be right there. Came in checked her arm said there was no allergy. He would be back as soon as he finished with another patient. 20 More minutes he finally comes back, is talking to us, and relooks are her and says oh my fault, she in fact allergic to dairy. Said avoid dairy. Tells me, he was going to go tell front desk/nurse I was good to checkout. 20 more minutes go by, and no one came in so I went to leave. One front desk woman told me I needed to speak to a nurse before I left. Nurse wasn’t going to tell me anything different. She then informed me for the first time all day that Dr was supposedly giving me a prescription? Doctor mentioned absolutely nothing about a prescription. This office is an absolute joke. Go do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
