List of Andrew Bagg's Reviews
I have had several issues lately with random breakouts and hives. My primary doctor has seen me a couple of times and unfortunately could not resolve it but knew it was an issue and affecting my work and daily life so she referred me to an allergist. I called the referral line and ended up with an appointment with Andrew Bagg. Today was the appointment and I have never in my life met a doctor that was so impersonal and lacked warmth in their approach. I explained that for 6 months I had hives, it was progressively getting worse, I had pictures of several episodes on different occasions and explained what I have been doing, what I had researched, etc. My primary doctor told me that popping 4 Benadryl's at once is not a long term solution hence the referral. He did not seem interested in what my concerns were, he did not take my words into consideration or seem to care that this was getting worse over the last 6 months. His solution was Allegra daily, two on bad days and that's it. I am in my 40's and I know my body, even if he did not think it was important at least explore test that can possibly rule out anything. Then I was told to follow-up!!!! For what? To run my insurance and tell me to just read another paper on hives and pop otc meds? Yes, this is a long review but I walked out confused and so upset I wasted my time. I just feel like a doctor should be approachable, I feel like you should be able to express your concern and feel heard especially when something is affecting your daily life.
The wait time for this provider was ridiculously long and I spent it in a small, extremely warm office room. Dr. Bagg hardly spent any time with me during my appointment and failed to address all of my concerns. He seemed to be in a rush and only viewed me as another patient to quickly get in and out of his office. The provider gave me an albuterol treatment without asking me first despite the fact that I tend to have a negative reaction to this medication.
I am a new patient at this clinic. My impression is very good from front desk all the way to Dr. Bagg. Including the injection side. One clinical nurse, Ms. Daza, got my attention because of her very charming personality. She was very detailed on what she was gonna do to me. She made me very comfortable and made sure I understood everything that she was about to do. I definitely recommend them to others.
Dr Bagg is the best doctor I've ever had! He truly takes time to listen to your concerns and is exceptional at figuring out how to help you!! I can't say enough good things!
Unprofessional front office staff. Accommodates patients without scheduled appointments ( another patient arrived on the wrong day and they accommodated that patient before everyone else in the waiting room ). Long wait times. Last visit I had a 1:45 appointment, the door was locked, someone came out of the office and stated sorry I can’t let anyone in yet their lunch isn’t over yet. They unlocked the door at 2 and I still waited additional time. Billing is a huge issue. They charged the insurance $26 for a copy of my records, then called me to ask if I had a secondary insurance because they didn’t know what the check for medical records was for. Also, all my deductibles were met and I required to pay the co-pays. Even after showing them my insurance portable. I do not feel this office embraces the “ Healing Ministry of Christ” as seen throughout AdventHealth.
Atrocious customer service from reception to the nursing station! My son had been a patient @ AAS for over three years. We recently moved out-of-state and were assured that they could ship the remaining allergy shots and injectable meds to either us or the new provider. Once we relocated, we called and were told that no, they cannot ship it to us. We liaised with the new provider so that they could receive the meds. That took over 5 follow-up calls until they finally shipped them out. They passive-aggressively refuse to release lab results that the new provider needs. Chances are they don’t even have them. These people’s rudeness knows no boundaries. Their nursing station goes to voicemail. The receptionist chooses to get hurt and take things personal in an effort to detract attention to the real issue. Nothing has gotten done, and as long as nothing gets done they are off the hook, right? Save yourself the headaches we’ve been going through and seek professional allergy elsewhere.
Dr. Bragg is very professional…. Seems to be a wonderful physician. Office staff is unresponsive and I have never had anyone answer the phone; you always have to leave a voicemail. On my first visit I couldn’t find the office and was on hold for 15 minutes. When I got to the front desk I was still on hold and I asked if nobody was answering the phones and the person looked over at the phone and made some half hearted apology. I have found that to be their MO.
Dr Bagg has a very professional approach to treating patients. He is knowledgeable and I highly recommend him to anyone who is suffering from allergies.
Dr Bagg is an exceptional physician and the very best at treating children with asthma and allergies. He is highly recommended.
Dr Bagg is one of the nicest and most professional doctors that I have the pleasure of seeing! His staff is also helpful and professional. Thank you Dr Bagg for being my physicisn!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
