Andrew Scott Bagg's Online Review Report Card

Unprofessional front office staff.Accommodates patients without scheduled appointments ( another patient arrived on the wrong day and they accommodated that patient before everyone else in the waiting room ). Long wait times. Last visit I had a 1:45 appointment, the door was locked, someone came out of the office and stated sorry I can’t let anyone in yet their lunch isn’t over yet. They unlocked the door at 2 and I still waited additional time. Billing is a huge issue. They charged the insurance $26 for a copy of my records, then called me to ask if I had a secondary insurance because they didn’t know what the check for medical records was for. Also, all my deductibles were met and I required to pay the co-pays. Even after showing them my insurance portable. I do not feel this office embraces the “ Healing Ministry of Christ” as seen throughout AdventHealth.

Dr. Bragg is very professional…. Seems to be a wonderful physician. Office staff is unresponsive and I have never had anyone answer the phone; you always have to leave a voicemail. On my first visit I couldn’t find the office and was on hold for 15 minutes. When I got to the front desk I was still on hold and I asked if nobody was answering the phones and the person looked over at the phone and made some half hearted apology. I have found that to be their MO.

I don’t have any issues with dr. Bagg. He is wonderful. The front desk/receptionist however…On their business card it says injection hours on Friday until 12:30p. I showed up at 12:30p on the dot and she said I was too late and that the office closed at 12:30p. She said, I was supposed to be there 30 mins before the office closed. What!? Then why put INJECTION HOURS until 12:30p and not 12p!? I tried so hard to get there on time after I picked up my kid only to get turned away because she wanted to go home early. SMH.

Dr. Bag is truly the best allergist I've ever had. I went from in and out if the hospital and other doctors could not figure my problem out, to finally finding him and getting to the square root of the problem. He is a look at the whole picture doctor. He has superb bed side manner and is extremely knowledgable. He's changed my life and I definately recommend him!

Dr Bagg is an exceptional physician and the very best at treating children with asthma and allergies. He is highly recommended.

For those who are looking to find a dedicated, caring Doctor who can and will help you, Dr. Bagg who I highly recommend. Dr. Bagg will listen to you, pay attention to detail, and show genuine concern. It is because of his expertise, experience, and aide that I can live a normal life. His help in obtaining a way for me to receive the costly medication I needed went far beyond what is required of him and his staff. This is a man who took his oath and meant it, a doctor who you can trust, one who really is at the top of his profession. If you choose him to become your doctor, you will find yourself in good hands, I know I did. Diann Polchinski.

Dr Bagg didnt take my allergic reactions seriously. He blamed it on acid reflux, even though I do not have acid reflux. He thought it was all in my head even though I have had to call 911 several times because of my tongue, throat tingling and closing up. I don't think he really cares about patients. They are just numbers to him that make him money.

Dr Bagg is one of the nicest and most professional doctors that I have the pleasure of seeing! His staff is also helpful and professional. Thank you Dr Bagg for being my physicisn!!!

Dr Bagg has a very professional approach to treating patients. He is knowledgeable and I highly recommend him to anyone who is suffering from allergies.

Been going to Dr. Bagg for over five years. He is honest and knowledgeable, he puts me at ease and his staff is courteous and kind.
