After a two hour wait Dr. Rosario entered the exam room did not say hello say sorry for being late made no eye contact nothing. He went straight to the computer not the patient and asked why are you here?. I was in town from CA bringing my elderly father in Florida for his PCP appointment. When I expressed frustration with Dr. Rosarios question and the wait he walked out of the room and went to another patient again this is after a two hour wait. My husband who has been a practicing physician for over 30 years and I were in utter shock that he just left and behaved so unprofessionally and almost childlike. We will NEVER go back and his license should be revoked.

Great doctors great staff but the phone system for the referral coordinator does not have a voicemail box so you wait an average of 30 minutes to speak to someone with no exit out of queue. Would still give this office 5 stars Dr. Rosario and Jasmine are wonderful.
