the worst service I have ever received. The only quick thing they did was collect the money. the so-called rapid covid test, I received the results 24 hours later. They never called me and supposedly my email was misspelled. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Soraiba provided caring and professional service from the very first phone call; she meticulously observed the proper chain of custody for a hair follicle drug test. Would recommend this lab to anyone.

This is the most helpful individuals that i have dealt with in a very long time. They went above and beyond to help me with reporting issues to the DOT, and helped me get back to work. After having provided the service that they were paid for, they followed up me with to make sure that my test was reported properly. This is not something that you will experience at any other testing administrator. If you are looking for someone that cares about what they do, and about their clients, and strive to provide good service, this is where you would go. I could not give enough thanks to these guys if i tried.

STAY AWAY. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON! Very I professional. I was not greeted and when I approached the counter the man behind the glass HAD NO CLUE to anything I was asking him. My appt was at 10am and at 11 I still had not been seen. If I didn’t need the blood brawn for surgery I would HAVE LEFT!! I will never return. Gentle man next to me said the exact thing. They are AWFUL. DOMT WASTW YOUR TIME.

Stay away from here. They have no idea what they are doing and am having to redo a blood test due to their errors. As well, they did not have bandaids or cotton to put on the area where they blood was drawn afterward and blood was spurting everywhere while he was trying to find it. Someone needs to address thisUPDATE: Given the fact that I had visited this location a few months ago with good results, I must amend my remarks to give a more balanced review. I was able to contact that General Manager Jim and relayed my experience on this latest visit and he assured me that he was looking into the situation (i.e. employees on hand, supplies ,etc) and would address them. He then followed up with a second call to relay that he had in fact done that. Given this attention and assurances, I would be more positive in recommending this facility.
