Still been going to Dr. Brinson for years now so don't believe those negative reviews. Office staff is excellent. The doctor is excellent and very personable. He will take the time to answer any questions you have and very thorough. His office is very clean and well managed.

This office and doctor is a joke. On my first visit, I had to wait over an hour past my original appointment time to even see the doctor. Once I was able to see him, he seemed rushed and indifferent during the examination. I was scheduled for a follow-up tele-appointment (so I thought) a month later to get my lab results and recommendations. I never received a call from the doctor on the date of the appointment, so I had to call them. I was told by the phone receptionist that there was no appointment in the system, but my labs were back and she would see if the doctor was available to take my call. He comes on the phone after 15 mins and hurriedly goes through my results (some of which were still not available) and gives a generic lecture on how to improve my lab results. He then proceeds to schedule my for a follow-up in 6 months as new patient. No thanks....stay clear of this office and doctor!

Forget trying to be seen on time...had am appointment at 5pm and still not seen at 7pm...no one cared to say that they were running behind and if I wanted to reschedule. Also when you're finally seen he reviews you for 2 minutes. I regret every going out of my way for all these years to this office

Don't give this business any money or time. Once you sign up they take your money and will not return calls or emails until they want payment again. At first the Annex was good, handled Dr visits and updating your script and state license. Now they don't do anything for you, so many better medical drs in the state choose any but this one.

Worst staff ever, they are rude and incompetent. If you can get in to see Dr. Brinson he is a decent doctor. But, we have been having issues with CVS not allowing us to have his prescriptions filled.

My opinion he’s awesome ..he is compassionate and caring .. moreover he listens....the staff is friendly, understanding and knowledgeable...always willing to lend a helping hand insuring his high expectations are being delivered consistently. Overall, great doctor professional staff. Therefore, 5-stars has been met.

Dr. Brinson is extremely a great doctor. He does not rush through your appointment and listens to everything you have to say and all your symptoms before diagnosing you. Wait time has NEVER been an issue. I highly recommend this doctor.
