After waiting over 55 minutes, completing all paper work with no noted issues, and having to listen the webNote time to a receptionist CLACKING her gum . Seeing the provider reviews needs and again waiting for a RX then to have a nurse person come in to ask for guardian papers after all this.... unable to get Rx for reason coming to this place.... what a waste of space time and unprofessionalism in all staff to review needs prior to being seen.... really will never go again... and recommend all people to stay away from this " they should have told you pass the buck dontcare attitude" /This place is the pits,,,,,,. Went In today for COVID testing. I stated that I was exposed from my boyfriend that I live with whom just came up positive that morning and my employer was requesting testing. They asked if I had symptoms and I don’t. She says there aren’t rapid results and there’s a copay if there are no symptoms. Meh seems like a scam to me. Went down the street next to Anthony’s pizza. Rapid results and free!!!!!!!!!!! Go there for your COVID testing. Don’t waste your time here and do not pay anything for testing as it is government funded.

First I could not believe that I had to make an appointment for Urgent Care. I made the appointment which was scheduled for today. I received a call this morning that I could come in but they could not provide an x-ray if I needed one because their machine was unavailable. As I am an asthmatic and my issue would be with my lungs it is a sad state of affairs when the Urgent Care cannot provide the full care that may be needed in order to let you know you are suffering from.Thank You CareSpot.

They try to rip you off. Don’t go here. They should be shut down for how they operate.

I have been battling a cough for almost two weeks now so during my lunch break, I went to go see the doctor. Well my primary doctor's office was closed and I found this place on Yelp and figured I would give it a shot. BIGGEST MISTAKE!! I got there and there was only one person working the front desk and only ONE DOCTOR available. I waited in the lobby for almost 15-20 minutes before finally heading to the back when I was told I have an even longer wait because there were 3 other people in front of me. At this rate, I knew I wouldn't be able to go back to work so long story short. Never coming back to this place again!!

Truly appreciative of NP Nikki Gleason and other staff members today for courteous and prompt service. Very clean facility and I know that myself and my husband's concerns were heard loud and clear. Thank you again.

I brought my 83 year old mother for urgent treatment and was denied by Danielle. She stated that I needed legal proof to bring her in for treatment. My mother has dementia in pain and in a wheelchair. I have never gone to an urgent care and have been denied treatment. We were the only ones in the facility. They don’t deserve even one star. Danielle offered no other options and was NOT sympathetic to the situation. Do not go to this place!!!

Arrived at the Altamonte Care Spot at 8:30 this morning, - 7/7/21 (Weds.) and it is not open. There are no lights on inside. I called the number listed on the door and there is no answer. Not sure why they list their hours as 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. if they are not opened as stated. When you are not feeling well, you do not want to have to drive around to find another place to go for medical attention.

Needed a second COVID test to return to work , they refused to code it properly so I had to pay put of pocket $250

I went here for a dot physical. And i walked out of there thinking all this stuff was wrong with me and so went to my doctors next day and i was perfectly fine.. everything they told mwas false. And now i have to fight for my dot card. Its a money racket and they have not a clue what there doing
