Sutures burst on my scar revision causing the scar to expand even worse than before. He’s retired now so no correction or money back was offered. He even attempted to charge me for records.

Have a good retirement! You were a good doctor, great bedside manner, and truly a fantastic artist in your work. Hope retirement treats you well! Thanks for being there.

Do NOT recommend AT ALL; Poor results; Bad communication 1. Dr. Ward did my BBL, implants, and rhinoplasty. 2. For my BBL, he was supposed to lipo my inner thighs which he DID NOT DO. Instead he liposuctioned my back! I did not ask for that. I then asked him for a partial refund since he did not complete all the services I paid for. No refund given. Paid for what I did not get. 3. My implants were saggy. There was no improvement. My body looked worse after the surgery. 4. My nose still has a bulbous tip that I wanted chiseled. I’m unsatisfied with the results. Do not go to Dr. Ward. I hope I can save others from the pain and suffering.

In 1997, I decided to go with Dr Ward after 5 years of continuous searching to find a plastic surgeon I was comfortable with. I began my search by making a list of places and calling them. The ones who put me on hold for longer than a few moments without getting back to me were eliminated. Also eliminated were those who spoke in medical terms that only someone in the medical profession would understand. The ones who answered my questions in a rush and those who were obviously having a bad day were also eliminated. The list changed each time I made my calls, sending the offices who passed my personal preferences to the next list. Another one of my preferences was the office staff would change, so when I'd ask to speak with the same person as the last time, if they were no longer there, and that happened over a few follow up calls, I'd eliminate that office. I made the calls about every 2-3 months, and when it got closer, I called Dr Wards office several times. So, in 1997 I had my first augmentation and I liked it. In fact, there wasn't anybody I met who didn't like it, and received many compliments from other women I'd meet in public because of the shape and how they looked on my frame. I was always surprised, but this is true. The second one was after my mother and sister had non-cancerous breast lumps removed, and, not knowing if they had the gene for it, I had mine replaced and made a bit larger. That was 6 years after the first one. I had those with zero issues for 16 years. Zero issues. 16 years. In June of this year, 2021, 3 months ago, he downsized those with a large C, and with follow up visits every month after my initial follow up visits shortly after surgery, they feel wonderful, the scarring has healed up beautifully due to his recommendation for that, and as the swelling has gone down completely now and they've dropped, I feel GREAT. Every time I put on my clothes, I have a feeling of relief, and I look the way I want both with and without my clothing. And that's the way it is! And, his staff is the very best in every way possible, and I truly mean this to the utmost degree.

Dr Ward, Dinky and Renee, just wanted to say your office is truly amazing. I came to you with exceptionally large, heavy, hanging, painful, uncomfortable, unattractive breasts and not much hope that they could be "nice" again. In just a few weeks, (a lift, reduction and implant removal) you have eliminated the pain I have felt for more than 10 years. In addition, my breats are now my BEST feature, I LOVE THEM!!!! You have exceeded my every expection. You are an amazing team of caring professionals who truly have your patients best interest at heart. Thank you for giving me a new lease on life... literally! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR DENNIS WARD AND STAFF.

I cannot share enough about how wonderful my experience was with Dr. Ward and his staff, but I will try. I was so warmly greeted when I walked into the office for the first time by the receptionist, Renee. I am very modest and Dinky, the surgical technologist made me feel very comfortable and good about myself. I had a ruptured saline implant and was had my surgery within two weeks. When I went in for surgery prep I met Justin, the nurse, he definitely has found his calling. He was so kind and compassionate as all of the staff. Dr. Ward has the best bed side manner and is a wonderful surgeon and artist. After my surgery, I had no bruising anywhere. He replaced both implants with silicone implants. My down town was only a few days. He also fixed my earlobes, that were very droopy. I now can put my hair up and feel attractive. Lastly, I was bitten on the lip by a dog many years ago and he was able to make my lips look symmetrical. Also, my Mother was very sick and passed du

Dr Ward and his team were amazing. From answering all of my questions I had, to giving me comfort and support before and after my procedure. The showed professionalism and compassion and I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in plastic surgery. I am extremely happy with the results of my procedure.

From the first phone call to inquire about procedures I have had exceptional service every single time. Dr. Ward and his impressive team are highly skilled, personable, knowledgeable and caring. I had a reverse tummy tuck and lipo two weeks ago and completely satisfied with my experience and results. I will highly recommend Dr. Ward to anyone seeking to enhance their life with cosmetic procedures. 5 stars is not enough of a rating for this team- they deserve 100!

Dr. Dennis R Ward is a great cosmetic surgeon I’ve been going to his practice for 21 years they have an excellent staff always punctual very knowledgeable and also helpful with anything that you need I would recommend him for all your cosmetic needs
