Better Experience than I expected! - Everyone was kind and caring in my procedure experience.! Having a colonoscopy is still a frightening experience but everyone including the nurse anesthesist made it a more pleasant experience!

Great Staff, Great staff very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, same as Doctor Shephard I would highly recommend him to all my friends , I was really nervous but their kindness soothe me .

Saw Dr shepherd and after the visit I was sent to the scheduling coordinator. Before I could schedule for my procedure clearance needed to be given. It was given (I know because my cardiologist office called me when it was sent. I have left numerous messages and never received any call backs. Not a good way to conduct business especially in healthcare when a procedure is needed. Not impressed.(By the way I myself work in healthcare and I would never ignore my patients like this.

I am a bit disappointed in this practice. I had my first appointment recently and some of the staff seemed concerned with upsetting the doctor and advised the medical assistant that if she made a mistake he would get really mad...even if that is so...why say that in front of a patient. The nurse seemed impatient with the intern (at least I think it was an intern), very tense. Also I need to schedule for a procedure and the scheduling coordinator told me to call with any questions. (they needed to wait for clearance from another doctor. My other doctor notified me the clearance was sent.) I called the scheduling coordinator and have left several messages and she has not returned my calls. I am not sure this is the place I want to be if the staff can't be more professional.
