Great office, Dr. Buchoff was able to get my psoriatic psoriasis under control.Been coming here for 17 years.

This is the worst rheumatologist I have ever been to! Even though it was many years ago, I feel compelled to warn people of him. His staff is rude and so is he. I had to bring my 2 yr old with me to the dr visit and he was doing what normal 2 years do (not sitting still) and Dr ****off looks at me and say “Does he have ADD?” I wanted to say “No you a**! , he’s 2!” Instead I ignored the comment. Besides that, his manner is far from compassionate. Please do not go to him! I feel sorry for people that go to this guy and I can’t even believe he’s still a dr to be honest.

I have left this practice for a better physician. Office staff is nice, friendly. Very easy to get an appointment, very short wait times. Very short visit with the doctor, too. Less than 5 minutes. Dr Buchoff comes into exam room, says hello, but doesn’t usually look at me. Asks me how I’m doing while he looks at my chart, if it’s time for blood work he tells me. Has me hold out both arms and he presses down on them, same for both legs. Writes my prescription. Says he’ll see me again in XX months. Leaves.

Dr. Buchoff is very knowledgeable and very detailed in expressions of exceptional care to his patients. I have been under his profound care since I relocated to Orlando, FL since 2012. He is very understanding, ask you questions, reference to your previous visit in your records and begin to further discuss your care. He asks you do you have any questions before he notates in your records for your next visit. Lab results are discussed with you. What is the most importance as well is his great bedside manners. Dr. Buchoff warmly greets you upon entering the room and after his visit with you before he kindly departs the patient room. If you have further questions; you discuss or if not he states to you with a smile have a nice day. His Staff is exceptional in all aspects. I highly recommend this well experienced and best qualified care Specialist.

If I could put -0- stars I would. Called to verify insurance accepted and after a few NO's from receptionist, I was told they are not accepting new patients. Very rude, unkind and just out and out nasty.

Horrible experience with this doctor. I was referred by my primary care after testing positive for an autoimmune disorder and when I called in February they were scheduling for April. They made me send over a ton of paperwork and information and said they'd mail me a new patient package (they never did). Then they called and rescheduled my appointment to the end of June with no reason behind it. Today I got a cold voicemail that they were canceling my appointment permanently as they are no longer taking new patients. It is infuriating and devastating to be seeking treatment and then getting strung along by a heartless office. I am disappointed, frustrated and now have to go through the whole process again to find another rheumatologist and probably wait months more for treatment. These people clearly do not care that they are supposed to treat people who suffer from chronic pain daily. The only positive is that based on other reviews, I may have dodged a bullet with this garbage place.

I have been seen Dr. Buchoff for the past 7 months and I have been extremely grateful, he is very knowledgeable. He does not sugar coat, but at the same time he has listen to every detail I have said. He has been able to to get accurate diagnosis base on the test he has ordered that I have been suffering for many years and other never took the time to listen and send me for testing. He has been able to provide me with a treatment plan and suggest specialist. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes, he is old school. If you are looking for someone to sugar coat well I rather have someone that knows his stuff.

Dr. Buchoff is an exceptional expert who is very efficient and highly knowledgeable. He is a quiet person who doesn't engage in chit-chat, but if you want an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan, a Dr. who consistently runs on time and a knowledgeable expert, look no further.

Dont waste your time or money. Every appointment was $40 for 4 mins with insurance. I was told its fibromyalgia, suffering for 2 years, the medication he prescribed was for depression which made me a zombie, I dont even know how I got to work most days. I found a new Dr in Orange City and was diagnosed with MCTD, takjng correct meds. DR Never wanted to take the time to listen or seek further tests, if you truly are in pain and need assistance, please dont see this man.

What doctor, that is a Rheumatologist, does not accept Medicare advantage plans, I ask you?? People that come to a rheumatologist are older people and this guy doesn't accept any Medicare advantage plans?? Disgraceful.
