I just spoke with Jodi and another employee at the Altamonte location to reschedule appointments. Both ladies were beyond friendly accommodating and understanding. I have been in customer service for a long time and dont often submit reviews unless the service is exceptional. The customer service and level of professionalism at the Altamonte location is AMAZING. From the first consultation throughout each appointment to calling and needing to reschedule appointments. EVERYONE from the front desk to the technicians performing the service is professional friendly answers all questions that I have and consistent with above average customer service which is hard to find anymore. The staff is always professional but yet still manages to make you feel welcome and safe. Everyone is so kind and highly knowledgeable on the equipment they’re using and are always open to answering any questions. I always feel at ease when in the office because I know I will be getting the best treatment possible.

I felt that it all happened so fast. I signed a loan application for laser hair removal. I asked for time to think and she still grabbed my iD and started the loan process. Looking back I wish I stopped her. I hope these services work. It’s expensive
