After almost 20 years you'd think Badman would at least know your name. You could go in his office with a broken leg and he'd give you a prescription for Zolof for your depression. He has no idea what you're there for or the last time. " you missed your appointment" I was in the hospital and called you three times. OH, well then we won't' charge you for it. He's been three weeks trying to get a prescription right and hasn't yet. His staff--------I'll give him a message-------what a waste. I'm fed up with him.

Went on their portal and clicked new patient appointment and dates came up in January, which I made appointment. Received call that they are not accepting new patients till July. Don’t waist your time on there portal, find a new doctor.

Scheduled a new patient appointment in October for January 7th. I received a call in 10/28/21 from Patricia confirming the appointment and wanting my insurance info. On 1/4/22 Helen called to let me know they are canceling my appointment and they could reschedule for June. This is easily the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a doctors office. It took them almost three months after me scheduling my appointment to cancel it 3 days before I was supposed to come in.

Wow. I just happened to look at the reviews when I pulled up the phone number, and I have to agree - Dr Badman is great, but his office staff is a nightmare.

Mercedes needs you to go to the emergency due to the symptoms you have. We can reschedule for an emergency room follow up but she cannot see you today with those symptoms. If you have questions feel free to call us back. Thank you!This 2 hours before my appointment. You would think if she was so concerned she would call me as a person not send me a text saying sorry You would also think my systems would be checked way before the day of and 2 hours before. What happened to dr that really care and go over and beyond. It’s such a shame in today’s times people just seem to care about themselves and your like cattle in and out as fast as they can. I’m sure I’ll get the we are sorry and this is not how we want your visit to be. But I’m sure nothing will happen to make the change. So sad

The rudest front desk people ever. Her only goal was to get me off of the phone as quickly as possible. If she took just 20 seconds to listen they would have had a new patient.
