Dr. Sniffen is absolutely brilliant! When my husband was hospitalized, Dr. Sniffen was the rounding ID doctor. We have never had a hospital doctor spend so much time with us. Dr. Sniffen spent at least 20 minutes explaining every aspect of the pathology report in a way we could understand. He has incredible bedside manner and will make you feel as though you are his only patient. The ARNP in his group is just as friendly and caring. We highly recommend Dr. Sniffen!
I had the worst experience ever in this place! I have made an appointment two weeks before and I told them I prefer a Lady doctor. As they didn't have the lady doctor available that day so they arranged a nurse to see me. I didn't know the name of that nurse but she was with Doctor Timothy W. Cooper. the day of my appointment when I went there the receptionist didn't let me sign the log book even though I arrived just in time! she just said its fine, I don't have to sign that. Then i was waiting.... They just kept me waiting for 1 hour!! when I asked one nurse why the nurse is not coming she said its because I preferred a nurse ( what a lame excuse!! I have already an appointment two weeks before..!!!! ) Finally when they doctor and the nurse when come to see me and It was approximately 4 and a half hour to finish all the work over there. I am a student. It was such a bad day for me to wait in a center just for their busyness even though the patient have the appointment already! So why are they making the schedule for patient? just tell them come when they have time. So nobody have to suffer neither doctor nor the patient....!
This doctor show's total lack of regard for his patients. I first saw him April 15th, my infection was finally figured out when I was admitted to hospital. I followed up in his office with another member of his group because my rash and lesions started to come back. I once again followed orders, when I began to break out again, I was advised by his coworker to go to hospital. I went back in early July, they once again did the bare minimum. I advised them that once the round of antibiotics have gone through my system, my infection comes back. Last week I was admitted to hospital again. I have no energy, I have to have help taking care of myself, with basic necessities as bathing, cooking...etc. I was see by a new female member of the group, she was very nasty. Would ask me a question and then tell me "LET ME FINISH SPEAKING" , now I have been dealing with this infection for 2 years. She showed no compassion. Left me in tears. She was supposed to show up the next morning and I waited all day, and fell asleep sitting up, woke up around 3 and she never showed up. The next day I was released, she didn't have much to say. I asked her to try to figure out where this infection is coming from rather than treat it over and over again making me more sick. I received a letter in the mail today stating that they will no longer be treating me. How unprofessional. I honestly don't think they have a clue about bedside manner nor how to handle something they are not educated on. I hope no one has to experience the way I was treated.
Best all around. Dr. Sniffen is very interested in your problems. He is great to work with and understanding.
THE OFFICE STAFF ARE GOOD--- THE NURSES ARE GREAT AND THE DR SNIFFEN IS EXCELLENT AND COMPASIONATE.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
