Jerri Johnson's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Jerri Johnson is wonderful. She is knowledable, attentive, caring and makes you feel very comfortable. I am very sad because she is retiring. I traveled 25 miles to see her because she is so good. Have a wonderful retirement Dr. Johnson you deserve it.

Stay away!!!! At first I thought this office was amazing, until my last visit. They are crooks. I went there and saw the nurse practitioner Allison. First the nurse came in. I told her about a tiny skin tag and not sure what was on my face that I mentioned. She stated, insurance probably won’t cover it as it is cosmetic. I said well then no worries, forget about it. Allison came in and looked. She said, “don’t worry I’ll take care of it.” After that, I figured we were covered, it was good. I left paying $140 for the visit. A few weeks later, I get billed for $93 more. I called and talked to Amy. The office manager. I questioned it and she was so rude. Talked down to me as if I was dumb and could not do math. All I said was, why and I getting charged this much more??? I said it seems like I am getting ripped off, I could have gone to CVS and spend $5 to remove what she did. She hung up on me!!!!! I will never steP foot in there again!! Crooks! They originally billed me over $300 for nothing??? Rip my insurance off of you need to but not me?! The Dr never even called me back when I asked to speak to her about this situation. Bad business……

Love this dermatology office. The doctors and staff are great. They resolved an issue I have been having for MANY years!!! They were able to diagnose me quickly.

My husband just went to Dr. Johnson's office for the first time. After years of working in the sun everyday we were concerned about several areas and they were highly recommended. The office was able to work us right in. She suggested a conservative Blu Light therapy that was non invasive. It has only been one week but already the results are great. Needless to say I also will be setting an appointment up next.

Today (1/25/21) I had an appointment for a questionable mole. I was so impressed with the staff and the facilities. First Class for sure. I had a wonderful experience with this group. The young PA who took care of me was outstanding. Professional, knowledgable and explained what I needed to know. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Johnson is a blessing to all her patients. She is a gifted practitioner and has guided us and card for our family for roughly two decades. If they allowed 10 stars I would gladly rate her a ten!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Johnson for 30 years and I trust her implicently. She is caring, knowlegable, very thorough during check ups, and easy to talk to. Skin cancer is a concern to everyone living in Florida, and she has treated me for many that have popped up over the years. I would recommend her to anyone asking for a good dermatologist

Dr. Johnson is absolutely the best dermatologist on the planet. I have been to a couple others before I found her and there is no comparison. She has a conservative approach and doesn't do any procedures that aren't necessary. She takes her time explaining any questions you may have and actually LISTENS to you. Knowledgeable, kind and considerate. The office staff is great. I've been a patient for about 10 years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Have been going to Dr Johnson for about 10 years. She is very thorough, explains everything and is not in a rush. I have many skin cancer issues and wouldn't trust anyone else. I've been to other dermatologists in the past. They don't even come close to her expertise and concern for the patient. The nurses and office staff are great. Highly recommend Dr Jerri Johnson!
