Nice doctor
The bad reviews seem to just be people upset about mistakes THEY made yet want to blame the Dr. Dont let those reviews steer you away, Dr. Li was extremely pleasant to work with. They listened to all of my questions and concerns and gave very in depth answers. Guided me to the best options for me to take and was just over all easy to talk too and very welcoming. Im very happy I went with her.
Very professional and very friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Li. Thank you Dr. Li!
Awesome place! Dr. Li is very knowledgeable and listens to anything you have to say..she’s not one to just prescribe medications as a first option either..she encourages better diet, exercise, etc.. all before medication if possible..I feel so comfortable with the entire staff, atmosphere, etc..Great place in a whole !!! Thanx Dr Li and staff! Y’all rock!!☺️
My mother was prescribed Jardiance due to recent bloodwork. The medication is over $500 a month for those without prescription insurance. I’ve contacted the office twice now with my concern, and have asked for a more affordable alternative. It’s been 3 days with no response. It’s very disappointing that a doctor will prescribe such an expensive medication, without any regard to a patient’s financial situation. Much less respond.
Dr. Li is very helpful and knowledgeable. She has been my primary doctor for a few years now. At her office, I am always treated well. Also, I love that I never have to wait long in the waiting room. Highly recommend going to Dr. Li for care!
I had a new patient appointment for an annual physical examination. I got the new patient visit but not the physical.
I made an appointment with Dr. Li to discuss an upcoming surgery I needed to have, and to see what potential complications there may be and how I could better avoid them. I expressed these concerns to the assistant (I think the assistant works for several doctors), and her assistant understood completely what I was talking about and explained that my concerns were valid and Dr Li could address them better. When I met and talked to Dr. Li she looked me and nodded throughout everything I said as if she was listening, and when I was done she had absolutely no idea what I was talking about, I tried to explain it to her again several times, and it was clear she was thinking about something else entirely and had no interest in me or anything I was talking about. She even asked me what happened when I had my surgery... even though I just finished explaining to her several times that I was coming to see her to discuss potential complications prior to surgery. Why would I be going to see her about a future surgery if the surgery was in the past? I really cannot put into words how little she actually listened to anything I said throughout the course of my time there. If I went back to see her again, she would genuinely have no idea who I was. That's how little she cared. She also told me she would write me a referral to specialists which I had requested. Her "referrals" were giving me business cards. I'm not sure if anyone is familiar with how referrals work in the medical field but sometimes you need another doctor to write something called a "referral" to be even able to see certain specialists. I cannot do anything with a business card. I can call the specialist and they will say "to make an appointment you need a referral from your primary doctor". Business cards are not referrals, they are business cards. On the positive side however, she was very polite, she just didn't listen or care or understand anything. She would make a good mother in law, but makes a terrible doctor. If the assistant was the doctor I would have had a good experience, but Dr Li, while she is a nice woman, is just not a good doctor. I paid around $100-150, but I wouldn't even go see her again if it was completely free. There would be no point to the visit. Very nice person, but bad doctor.
the mistakes her office made to me cost me several hundreds more, and they refused to correct it. the service is so bad.
My recent appointment with Dr. Li exceeded my expectations. The office facility was very clean and conveniently located. I greatly appreciate that her office staff were very friendly, helpful and time efficient. Dr. Li was very thorough, knowledgeable and attentive to my questions and concerns. I was referred to her office by family and would extend the same recommendation to others.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
