Bad customer service, nobody answered the phone, Dr don’t care about business thanks 👎👎👎
Waiting for a doctor that is not worth your time. And he will make you feel like you are not worth his time, either. First impression, the nurse told him to go see the patient that was paying cash first… so that meant that I had to wait longer. And you all can interpret the rest. Walks through the door of my exam room and hands me his business card. I guess that is his way of introducing himself. His lack of curiosity about the reasons I chose to come to see him instead of being at my home are slim to none. He sits in front of his computer confirming the answers that I provided in the questionnaire. When I tried to explain some of the symptoms, he stopped me because he wanted to write on his chart what he evidently has seen on the questionnaire. So, 2 minutes into the “examination” and I am not impressed. No eye contact, no introduction, no interest. He speaks so fast it is hard to get a word in. You know he is in a rush. Perhaps for another “cash patient” And this ladies and gentleman is a “doctor”. He makes one feel like an inconvenience, in particular when the nurse expressed other concerns that I had and was not able to discuss during his 5 rushed minutes in the exam room with me, and they laugh… as if I couldn’t hear his complain about him having to do other steps in the progress note…mind you my exam room is right at the nurse station. I could hear it all. Then as I check out, I asked to see another doctor for my next appointment, and they told me that I had to see the same doctor. Are you kidding me? I am the customer, and you are going to force me to see the same doctor. Nah. I’ll find another clinic. I’m not looking to make friend with a doctor but at least to have someone to listen to my concerns and treat me like a human. He should hang his title.

Excelente Servicio al paciente
Been with this doctor for 5+ years. Helped get my asthma and allergies completely under control. Was immediate to respond and update my treatment plan both times I was pregnant. Highly recommend.
Dr. Arias took the time to explain to me how to take care of my skin. I can se the difference now that I am following his recommendations. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Arias was personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. Having personal experience with allergies, he is empathetic and guides you through the immunology process. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience and continued support with my son’s and my allergies!
I am giving a one star not to the doctor but to his incapable staff for scheduling an appointment for A DAY HE NORMALLY DOESNT EVEN WORK!!! I would have loved the opportunity to have seen the doctor after a forty five minute drive and with a severe allergy. His staff was not even apologetic or tried to give me another solution. Hopefully you have better luck!
He is awesome I have no complaint thnx again
I had an appointment today and once I got into see Dr. Arias, he explained there was no test for the food sensitivity I was requesting. I didn't think to inquire before making the appointment. Dr. Arias offered to just cancel the further appointment and refund my somewhat hefty co-pay. He was so very nice and understanding. I have used this practice several times and highly recommend Dr. Arias.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
