Juliet Burry's Online Review Report Card

The first time I received a series of injections I was pain free for 10 yrs. I had injections 3 years ago and am still pain free. Now my husband is experiencing back pain and is going to see her.

Great pain specialist! Definitely would recommend! Office is very clean and quiet.

I came in this morning for an appointment with the Pain Management. When I came in the front desk staff, Julio was very disrespectful. Numerous times I have called on the phone and he never has a professional attitude. I had to call numerous times just to schedule an appointment due to them not asking for my health insurance. I had to drive twice up the office to finally get an appointment. Today was truly too much this morning. I was already in pain. I politely called and relayed that I will be late this morning. Very respectful. I came in around 8:26 for my appointment. I waited to almost 10am and still wasn't seen. This is unacceptable. When I went back to the front desk. I asked how long would it be. I been waiting in the lobby for about an hour and a half. The front desk person immediately gets upset and catches an attitude and walks to the back and stated something to the staff in the back. Finally a young lady comes to the front and takes me back to do my vital signs. My blood pressure was extremely high. I stated to the young lady that I have a ride that is picking me up at 9:55 and that I needed to be out by that time. It was already 9:50. The young lady took me to the room. And while there I received a call that my ride was outside. When I came up to the front to state that I need to reschedule, I again asked why was the appointment taking so long. I asked to speak to the office manager. The front desk attendant continued to become more upset, stating about every other patient. I advised him that I am only concerned about my appointment, not others. Dr. Berry walked up front immediately with an attitude. We have never spoken. She began to be very mean towards me, which cause me to become upset as well, and say things that I had to pray to god. She began to act very unstable, making up false allegations and even called the police and they stated to her that they cannot arrest me because I have committed no crime. I will be filing a lawsuit and a complaint against her license. No medical professional should act in such a way that she did. The young lady that was running the front desk, Myesha was very professional. The young man, that is up at the front now. Needs to be fired.

If I could give Dr. Burry and her staff a 10 stars I would!!! They are all caring and compassionate. Absolutely recommend this office if your looking for a great pain management doctor.

Dr.Burry is an awesome doctor that cares for her patients.

Dr. Burry has been treating me for over a year. She listened to my concerns and we came to the best treatment for me. I find her staff very attentive and helpful. I am wheelchair bound and the corners are very tight so they always have someone to help me. The thing I like best is the short rate time.

Dr Berry’s kind, sympathetic and great, but so is her staff. They treat you like family. Also, Dr Burry can be fast, so jump in quickly if you have something to say. Because of this, she runs a smooth ship and I’ve never had to sit around waiting and waiting for a doctor. Highly recommend!

Dr. Burry is ALWAYS very pleasant and the staff as well is friendly and kind and helpful.
