Mariam Naveed's Online Review Report Card

I’m confused with anything less than 5 stars because Dr. Naveed is the most intelligent and compassionate doctor I have ever been to in my life. I was terrified to have my first colonoscopy and she made the whole thing such a breeze! Do yourself a favor and see Dr. Naveed with any of you tummy/butt issues, I can reassure you that you’re in good hands! Thanks Dr. Naveed 😁

Dr. Naveed was my first Gastro when I was diagnosed with a rare terminal liver disease in 2012. I loved her more than any Dr. I have had in the last 10 years. She was the person who had the burden of telling me I needed a liver transplant. She was also the only Dr. that educated herself on my condition. She was the Dr. who figured out I was misdiagnosed. Dr. Naveed if you see this, I got my liver transplant 2 years ago tomorrow and I’m thinking of you! Thank you always.

Had endoscopy & colonoscopy 10/3/22 told to call in a week to get biopsy results. Called in a week, no call back. Called 10/19 nothing, on 10/21 employee called wanted to know if I saw Advent Health message by Ms Walker. I asked who was this person, said PA or NP. Told person I was supposed to have medicine changed. Woman said “ah you want to make an appt” I said never mind, I will find another doctor. Awful health care.

Dr. Naveed does not work well with people who are anxious about medications or procedures. Her video portrayed her as a very kind and compassionate doctor. Well not the case for me. I was told twice that I needed a follow up appointment within a few weeks and they don’t call back for months and then they tell you that they have no appointments available. It has been 7 months and still no call for my follow up appointment.

After my previous gastroenterologist left the practice, my wife and I searched for a new doctor hoping she/he would be as knowledgeable as … or at least close to the qualities of the departing physician. Upon our extensive search, we, very fortunately, found Dr. Naveed. After just one visit, we can wholeheartedly say that Dr. Naveed actually EXCEEDES our expectations. Despite her youth, Dr. Naveed possesses an e-n-o-r-m-o-u-s knowledge in the area of Crohn’s disease. Her very authentic and genuine care convinces us that she is honestly committed to helping her patients. Her treatment for my flare-up includes current medication adjustment and a new medication addition. It is still too early to say with certainty that this new remedy will help put my Crohn’s in remission, but my wife said she has a very high confidence in a female doctor. And she is always right … (most of the time). And not the be outdone, her entire staff was exceptionally friendly, amicable and accommodating in every possible way. … Suzanna, in particular, went the extra mile to help with my urgent appointment request. During my 1st visit, Cristina was very helpful in establishing my medical records and providing information regarding available locations for my specific lab work. And breezy Bree is outstandingly responsive and super-efficient. She gets things done as if she had a magic wand!!
