Dr. Arora himself is great! He is attentive and works with your other doctors on issues you have which is incredible to have a "team" work together to help you. He, himself, is outstanding as a doctor. The office itself however is absolutely horrible! Forget about getting a prescription filled in a timely manner. The pharmacy is only allowed to send so many requests until they cancel the order. Televisit...forget it! It wont happen! Then you will be told you have to pay for no show when appointment at 10:15 and they call at 3:15!!! Yea, NO!!

The STAFF is incompetent, RUDE, and enough to ruin anybody's day. To get through the queue you will need a miracle. Then you’re sorry you got a human person as they just talk in circles and are very curt and rude!!! Prescription refills forget about it. It’s amazing this Dr doesn’t check in with all these NUMEROUS NEGATIVE REVIEWS THAT KEEP REOCCURING. A pathetic staff can ruin a great Drs practice!!

Dr Arora was extremely patient with me ..listened to my concerns. he asked questions that were problems I had last time, that he fixed…. They stayed fixed. Will do testing he thinks are important and NOT any unnecessary test . Office staff was friendly and efficient… I am so glad I switched to him.. I’m NOT just a payment I’m a a person and he makes me feel valued

To say the least...this place is a very unorganized practice. This office has missed/lost/forgotten my husbands appointment FOUR times in a row. Absolutely unacceptable. They keep prescribing him medicine yet It’s been a YEAR since he’s actually had a follow up appointment with Dr. Arora! Do NOT go here
