I really dread it going in to a eye place to have my eyes examined because I had a doctor for over 10 years that I loved and have not been able to find another place but this was such a nice experience for me Dr Lee the little lady doctor was so sweet and so patient and she explained everything that she was doing she absolutely was a wonderful doctor and I'm so thankful to God that I found her and met her and I hope and pray she will be my doctor for the rest of my life.Also the staff in this place was wonderful today

When I first walked in I didn't think I was gonna like it a lot of people really busy but at the end it was awesome the prices are great and you save a lot and you get the same thing you get it one of them fancy optical places I've been to them and I've gotten my glasses for like $100 cheaper and it's great so I'll take the little stress and my eye doctor was awesome she explained everything very nicely overall it was a very pleasant experience

I have been coming here for years. Great customer service. The dr is great too. My glasses came within 2 days. I went to pick my glasses up this morning and Elias helped me. He was very friendly and helpful. He put off an energy that got my day started right! It felt great to be treated like a valued customer. This type of service seems to be rare nowadays.

I visited Optical Outlets Altamonte Springs on August 18, 2022. I was intrigued by the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere of the business.I didn't wait too long to be seen. The physician attended me very nicely, explaining what tests he was going to perform. My pupils were dilate. I then proceeded to pick out my frames. Eunice (Employee#766) introduced herself to me, helped me look at different frames until we both decided on the perfect pair for me. She was so professional and went above and beyond for me.We then proceeded to her desk where she put together the perfect plan for me, one according to my budget and what my insurance also covered. There ought to be more employees like Eunice, caring, friendly and knows what she's doing. "Keep up the great work, Eunice!"Crucita M

The service was really nice and informational. Eunice helped me out, she was every helpful when giving out information and was super nice. Great place!

Very happy I disregarded the negative reviews and reluctantly continued with my appointment! I looked up directions to confirm the location and I started reading the poor reviews, and I came very close to missing the turn & driving home. While I do appreciate the information, at times we just have to take a chance for ourselves. And, I also considered not all the reviews were negative. My case is pretty straight forward, contact lens exam, no unusual issues, and from start to finish it was nothing but great. I used to go to Pearle and recently changed insurance, so I decided to book with a place that takes my new coverage. I am very pleased with Dr. Jacoby, and the staff was courteous and professional. In & out in an hour - granted I elected not to have my eyes dilated. Two thumbs up!

Walked in a little after lunch time and was greeted right away. Tory took care of me and had Me started immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Dr Jacoby was efficient and professional and help me along the way as well. Exams are never all that fun but this was a very pleasant experience. Genna and Tory helped me pick the perfect frames and gave me pricing options to fit my budget. I'm extremely happy with my experience, even more so being a walk in on a fully booked day! THANKS GUYS!

I saw a lot of negatives here, but I find that unhappy people are more likely to write about their complaints. So, like the person before me I will counter some negatives. I had the whole experience: eye exam, picking out frames and deciding which package to go with. The eye exam was pretty typical. I felt the optometrist did a good enough job and without wasting a lot of time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. After that I was helped by an employee. She showed me the frames I could pick from, and they actually had a pretty decent collection to choose from. I was opting for the two pair for $69.99 including eye exam. I asked if they had another deal for two pairs of glasses, and she said for $139 I could get two pair, same frame choices, with the polycarbonate lenses. That's what I got.The checkout process was not too long, although I just remembered they did not measure the distance between my pupils. Will have to see how that works out. Overall, I found the staff to be friendly and courteous, and helpful with deciding which frames would look best on me. So far, so good!

I am always nervous when I use a new optometrist as I usually end up going back to the one I've been using for 20 years. But both pair, one for distance, and one for work (computer)., are working very well, and I have no dissatisfaction with the glasses. They are not very good at adjusting the frames.. Ended up taking both pairs to Lenscrafters for adjustments. So I had a pretty good experience with them. I would recommend a friend to use them.
