This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with healthcare in the US. I went here for a referral and when I left I THOUGHT everything was in order. The desk clerk Lessie even assured me everything was good to go. Fast forward a week and nothing was done and the doctor had the audacity to call me up and blame me for not doing it correctly when I followed her steps as she told me. Steer clear of this place. Del Sol is totally unprofessional. She told me the surgery I was getting was unnecessary. I'm in pain, I'm pretty sure it's necessary.

Everyone is concerned and friendly when coming for my appointments.I did pick up my prescription at the pharmacy but, only had a supply of one month. Did Doctor Perez prescribe only one month.? Please let me know.

I wish I was able to give them 0 star. my only treatment by Dr Michelle sexton was pain killer. she is a nice Dr, but her kindness won't heal me. I have gone through several video calls, and in-person visits.. several blood test, ultra sound, CAT scan, and I payed several co payment... and i got pain killer as a treatment. each time i go over there to visit with a dr with appointment, i have to wait for a long time at minimum one hour. today I got stuck in a bad rain and I arrived 10 minutes late.. the receptionist told that my appointment was canceled for 10 minutes delay. they knew that I choke at night night and Dr didn't treat me and even didn't give me a referral to see a specialist. I won't recommend this Dr and Orlando family physician in general.
