Dr. Omar and his staff are outstanding! Very experienced, pleasant, and personable. I was also able to get an appointment on short notice which was much appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Omar!

Went in today for an appointment with my boyfriend. The appointment was at 9. Door was not open at ten til. When we knocked on the door the front office person said they weren't open but said I guess we are now. He then said the doctor wasn't even in yet. I said but we have appointment at 9. He said, yes but the doctor isn't here. I said so you book appointments without the doctor being in. Of course I got more attitude. When we were called back he told me I could sit down in the waiting room because they were just doing tests (I went in last time when just doing tests). My boyfriend wanted me back there and the guy was very rude from the minute we walked in the door. The doctor seems very nice and caring, however.

This doctor and his staff are compassionate and caring. Not many doctors like this. He is also a real person. Speaks like a real person. Really like this doctor.

Dr Sam is a teriffic opthamologist. My wife and I have be going to him for 20 years. She was considered legally blind due to her perscriptions and he performed lasik surgery on her in 2001. Her sight is still very good.

I was going to be a new patient and had made an appointment on 9/1/21 as that is when my insurance is available today 7/14/21 I received a phone call from the rudest receptionist I have ever spoke to in my life. When I asked who was on the phone the receptionist would not answer and told me I should know because I made the appointment with them for Friday. I continued to ask who this doctor was and what type of appointment and was eventually informed it was the optometrist. Then I preceded to say I made the appointment for September he told me no I didn’t I made it for Friday which was not true as I am currently in a different state and would not make an appointment for a time I am out of state on vacation. The interaction became very unpleasant as he was arguing with me and snide the entire time and so I ended up hanging up to get off the phone with this rude man. He ended up calling me right back to tell me not to worry I wouldn’t be charged for this appointment that I was missing, that once again I didn’t even make. Instead of an apology on their mistake I was told I had made the appointment so I should know. I would never even give this office a chance to go there in the future after this interaction I have never been spoke to in that way and couldn’t believe that any receptionist would be so rude and unprofessional. I am not sure about the doctor but I do know he should be ashamed of his office staff and they really need some customer service training. I would never support a business that is so rude and unprofessional especially when there are so many options for professional kind offices that know how to speak to a patient. Had my eye doctor not changed their practice I would not have even been in the market for a new practice.

Dr. Omar is great! The office staff on the other hand is awful! I have had several appointments and every visit the office staff is very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and over charges. I had to report this to my insurance company. I continue to go because of the doctor but it's sad because eventually his office staff will ruin his business and reputation!

IF YOU CAN STOMACH THE STAFF THEN ITS WORTH IT BECAUSE DR. OMAR IS GREAT!! THE STAFF IS SO HORRIBLE. VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, COLLECTS MONEY UPFRONT WHEN NOT SUPPOSE TO, BE AWARE. I HAD TO REPORT THIS TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL APPOINMENTS AND AFTER MAKING THE DR. AWARE OF HIS OFFICE STAFF BEHAVIOR THERE WAS STILL NO CHANGE. IT IS SAD BECUASE THE STAFF IS GOING TO RUIN THIS DOCTOR'S BUSINESS AND REPUTATION.

Dr. Omar saved my eye after getting metal in the globe of my eye. I'm so blessed to have had him treat me. I highly recommend Dr. Omar and his staff!
