Dr. Gousse is a caring compassionate and kind physician. He listens to his patients and their family and treats them well with respect. He is very thorough. His office staff including front office staff phlebotomists medical assistants nurses and nurse practitioners are excellent. It is very convenient to have labs done on site and results are available when Dr. Gousse sees his patients. The patients can have infusion treatment in the same clinic as well.

Dealing with so many medical professionals with having a cancer diagnosis I found His Staff to be the most rude direct pushy and Calais of all.Our Radiologist the Pharmacy the Pulmonologist the CT and PET scan team even our Primary care physician staff have been amazing but Dr. Gousse’s staff ? UnacceptableYour treated like a number and an inconvenience. Almost feels like they’re offering a free service and we should just be happy to get our handout. So disgusted. I’ll be shopping my insurance for a new Oncologist immediately.

Ive know Dr Goisee for over 20years he is TOP NOTCH IN HIS FIELD You could not X for a very well versed experienced very caring and knowledge doctor in his field. I was surprised to even see a one star .I find their office extremely friendly professional and very very very clean and well maintained

He is a top notch ONCOLOGIST he is very thorough and he will research and research TOOOO FIND the right diagnosis and direct you to the right doctors if he cannot help you

I visited Dr. Gousse on three different appointments and he is a very good Dr. who knows what he is doing. The great thing also is that if you need blood work done its right there at the office so one does not need to travel somewhere else to get it done. Staff is very good too.

Had a family member visit him and initially visits were fine but as my case became more complicated I felt like he didn’t have time for me. His reception staff are rude and they continuously rush me off the phone. The staff are Monique and the most rudest one never gives her name. I was referred to another facility and the information faxed was incomplete thus significantly delaying my care. The staff seemed liked this was their first time referring a patient to another facility. Never admitted their mistake and when it was pointed out they faxed the same document with the wrong information to another facilitywrong contact number for me. Truly felt like a number and not a patient. Would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Met Dr. Gousse about 13 yrs. ago when my Dad had Leukemia. Dr. Gousse took time to explain everything and was caring and excellent bedside manners. He is a huge humanitarian going to his native country Haiti ofter to help families by building concrete home so they no longer have to live in straw home. see his photographs on the office walls. Highly recommend.
